Worst delivery app - never works. I couldn't believe Baskin Robbins couldn't afford for a running app and customer support!

Nothing works, no pick uo or delivery, no coupons, no prices. Just a qr code to scan for points. Useless.

can't even login into the br app. shows internal error while registering, but if you try again it shows the user already exists. The country code is not changing, then how can one verify their mobile number? idk

why does this app even exist? you literally can't do anything in the app. you can't order pick up, you can't order delivery, you can't see offers. absolutely garbage. it's basically a menu that serves a permanent space on your phone and has no other purpose. did a grade school student make this using Wix? so awful.

I have been a 31 club by email for years. And this year before my birthday I never received any email. So the cashier at one of the stores told me to download the app. I downloaded it, tried to put in my email and verify it and it never sent me a code. I tried over a couple days. Nothing. So then I created a new account. And still no birthday email...and no other offers or coupons....but the monthly emails always had coupons....and yet the app doesn't have anything.whats the point of the app?!

could be the worst app I've ever used. this app does not function at all the ordering doesn't work crash is constantly the app is completely pointless just delete it from the app store. this is so silly.
