The app is working fine but some features are missing: Everytime I find -300 DA in my account without even explaining what has took these 300 DA off, you should add all incoming and outgoing payments whether with check, from credit withdrawal or just taken fee , you should also add the onboard feature to display all payments and fees applied to the holder account for those payments who are older than one month.

I didn't like the app!!! At first I was able to transfer money, then it kept asking me to turn on LOCATION when it is already on! The app screen is blocked up to now! Plz seek a solution ASAP. The first money transfer was successful otherewise I would only give the app a ONE star rating.

The worest financial app i have ever seen, unfortunately we dont have an other choice after updating cardless transaction doesnt work (it says services is temporarily unavailable), you cant take screenshots for transactions, its complicated to download transactions preuve, you cant enter to the app with fingerprint, you cant customise the menu (there is in the app but doesn't work hhh) ....ect Bref, the app doesn't give an impression that its owned by the BIG company Algerian poste

An absolute disaster to be an app -The app is really slow, sometimes it doesn't work on weekends like it takes a break or something -The responsiveness is close to null -User experience is horrible and just disappointing -Overal design is like an eyesore -Connection Timeouts and bugs everywhere

Can't login. It keeps saying my password is wrong. To reset the password you'll have to go to the post office for it to be done. This one particular app is made to execute payments from home, if you're gonna require people to go to the post office anyways, why even bother to make this app at the first place? What purpose does this app serve with all its bugs and connectivity issues and its irritating user interface? This is supposed to be an online solution, what does solve exactly?

Absolutely frustrating interface and you can barely get any transactions done at all. money keeps getting lost randomly and doesn't reappear again until two to three days later which is very weird. very buggy and unreliable.

It has been very useful but now it is taking too long to do any kind of operation sometimes it will just end up saying Service is temporarily unavailable... I think there are just some few things to be renovated. It is even worse, un reliable 😑.. At any time can refuse to send confirmation messages.

My first two experiments have been good with this app, but not afterwards. There's a major issue concerning money transfer which goes for a long period and this is just not acceptable for an app that covers such a vital service for the communiy. Minor issues from time to time would be acceptable but a service that breaks the flow of life constantly should not happen in these times we live in.

2018: My device is not even rooted and I cant do anything with it😡😡 2020: This is still a bad app, the service is worse. 2021: we are in 2021 and this app doesn't have password reset option. PS: I made my account on the first launch in 2018of the app and have no services in it that's why I forgot the password.

It is useful but very veeery slow. It shows a lot of 'server is lost' error. It seems that the server is overloaded. After several attempts to connect, a message was sent to tell me that my service of BaridiMob is suspended. Why do you suspend the service for me while it is your own internal problem??

BaridiMod is top of its kind in the Algerian market specially if compared to other bank apps. What's missing. 1. A dash board with live transaction limits in Android like in iOS. 2. A way to store receivers (ccp number, phone number in phone payment), current templates comes empty. 3. A way to verify if account is correct, like to show initials of name. 4. Better history info, should show sender/receiver account or initials and op type. 5. Auto save receipts as pdf in a folder.

This a useless app like I can't do nothing with it every time I'm trying to transfer money or pay for something it doesn't work and the whole time the app keep showing errors like if y'all can't fix it just delete it

Man this app is such a pain, taking forever to open. It's just way too slow. At first it's "service is temporarily unavailable, do you want to repeat" and when I use the app it's either "transfer failed" or "Connection to server lost" and it repeat the application from the beginning!🤦🏼‍♀️. Fix it ASAP!!

The worst banking app I used in my life! It keeps asking to turn on location while it's already on. The permission for location was set to "only when using the application" and I will never set it otherwise even if available just to use this application. It used to work properly last time I used it "two years ago" Please to fix this issue. You're loosing clients all the time with your services of a very poor quality. Regards

It never shows me the right amount of my money, and sometimes it shows it like this for example (-4000 da), and sometimes transactions get lost until next day or the day after i find them, transactions history is never displayed which is so important. Overly a bad app with a really poor design, they took literally the default design in android studio and used it changed some colors that's it.

Double spending issues, bad support services and losse of money. I just used the flexy service inside the app, the transaction didn't go through and it showed me an error, but the amount of the transaction is cut in double fromy account. The worst thing of all of this, the transactions added to my statement after 4 days with wrong dates ! No realtime operations ! Edit: the app had matured enough and it's more stable and realtime. I didn't get refund of Mobilis though of failed transactions.

The app is useful, but it gives you trouble when is mostly needed, connection to server lost, service temporarily unavailable and sms server is down when needing to complete a transfer. The app also lacks the transfer details and long term logs, without forgetting to mention the real time transfer updates which is frustrating when having a very active account.
