Usage
1. Click on the new scan button. Barcode Scanner mode will activate
2. Point your camera at the barcode so that it is visible in the app viewfinder
3. Barcode Scanner will recognize and scan the code as soon as the camera resolution allows. If necessary, adjust the view until the scan completes.
4. QR Code Scanner is very fast - some users report that as soon as part of the bar code is visible in the viewfinder, it gets scanned, which can result in an incomplete code being scanned. In such cases, we recommend starting with your phone sufficiently far from the code and then move closer if necessary.
5. Barcode Scanner / Price Finder will automatically detect the type of barcode / QR Code and display the information accordingly. Types include product barcodes, ISBNs, URLs, and many more.
6. If a product barcode is detected, the app will display detailed shopping information with links to online stores.

You can find them on billboards, information signs, in airports, museums, malls, and many other places.
The Barcode Scanner Android App allows you to scan any codes - from a wide range of distances and angles. One thing is to mention that subscription can be cancelled and another thing is to know the real truth that it cannot be cancelled. I want to cancel and remove the barcode scanner but there is no way I can do that. It can not serve the purpose I installed it for. I am forced to block any payment to you since I cannot cancel in the Play Store. In short, you lied.

Really fast scan, even in dim light. Very accurate. You should offer a keyboard input so the scan can go direct into whatever field we're inputing. Not all scans are for shopping searches, but I get the revenue angle. Ads aren't intrusive. Nice work.

Good app, just a pity there is no setting to disable the red scanline (up-down-up) movement. When barcodes need to be scanned from device-labels (like smartphones) with many barcodes, scanning a specific barcode is almost impossible and a matter of trying over and over again till lucky and this can take a while.

Easy to use, fast... but can't rename or customize the codes, when not found in the auto google or amazon searches. Example: if it is a older book isbn, the scanner reads the code and stores it in history, but there is not a way to give these generic codes a name (like the book title) to save for later... other scanner apps allow you to do this.

Hopeless. I tried multiple times to scan my first (and only,it turns out) barcode with this app and it failed every time. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother installing this app.

This is convenient. I would just request one change. Where you are able to export the information, I would really love if it was able to export at least the name of the item as well along with the barcode. If it could export the image as well that would be excellent but the name with the barcode would be perfect.

Two key points. 1. There are other apps that do the same for free. I would be interested if it were a one time "reasonable" fee. I have no interest in a revolving fee service. I don't feel I'm saving in most cases if I'm paying for a service to find it. 2. A simple Google search will generate a list of the items at different retailers for free.

scans and finds products so far, but won't open anything it finds (links in the app don't work), so only works 1/2 way. Great if you just want to find prices, but not so great if you're trying to access the links to products online.

I scanned 3 items to see what came up. The first one was spray n wash. The second one was laundry detergent and the third one was a makeup item. Every one of them came back with the almost the same results! They were mostly footwear! I have no idea how they got such a high rating! I immediately uninstalled this this app. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because they didn't have the option to give it zero stars!

Not completely functional. Will find the product and then provide two links for Google or Amazon to do a search but then doesn't follow through. Similarly, the list of products does not match the code that was scanned except for one, but it doesn't allow you to click through to leave the app to view the product.

If you happen to catch the whole barcode, it works. There doesn't seem to be a live display to know what the app is trying to read. Took 3 tries to capture one, and I'm not up for doing that every time.

The scanning process is set so fast that it only gets half the barcode or scans it incorrect therefor it's a pain to have to keep trying to do it over and over to get it to work right...as soon as you hit the bar code button to scan something it dsnt allow you time to get your camera over barcode area before it pulls up random stuff with incorrect barcode . I had to do this 10 times before it finally pulled up my item ....it's a pain and needs fixing before I will try this again.

It will only scan part of the barcode. I did what was supposed and still only part of it. All 10 times on 2 different barcodes, a message saying,'Hmm, looks like it's too short'. However er they had the entire correct number that's under the barcode. Maybe it's just me, but I have scanned quite a few barcodes in my time.

The app doesn't work properly, also I downloaded the app and opted for the premium subscription with a 7-day cancellation period. However, I’ve been charged and cannot cancel. Because there is no place to cancel the subscription !!!

This app is horrible. You scan a barcode and it tells you nothing. Just shows the barcode what's up with that...yall need to fix this so it at least tells what the items are. It just scans the barcode and then it shows barcode on screen you can't even click nothing that works...horrible app

Highly recommended!!! Scan almost any barcode (I would say 95%) & this App shows u all of the stores that sell that product. Great for locating where u can purchase that product ur self & it even shows what price it's going for at each location; also, it's a great App for finding out where u can return a product that is no longer needed. Only about 5% of barcodes don't show up or are unlisted or not put in the system yet. Lastly, perfect for finding out where something is sold the cheapest at!!

I installed this app because I want to find deals on items to resell. I scanned a bunch of items that are all over the internet, but this app couldn't bring up any prices. When I clicked on the Amazon and Google buttons nothing happened. The app is trash. I started under a free trial, but didn't have time to try it before I got charged for a year. So I went on Google Play under subscriptions and demanded a refund and it was approved. Don't waste your time with this.

I like that is quick and easy and takes you right to the scanning.. no BS / ads. so far I found this app to be the best and quickest if you need price comparison with an immediate response. The only fault I could find with this app is that it doesn't have an option for you to put a barcode in by numbers, you need to have the barcode available to scan.

No frills barcode scanner that function flawlessly. App has ads but they are unobtrusive. Scanning is instantaneous and there is a copy to clipboard button in the top left corner that allows you to immediately copy the barcode data and paste it wherever you need. I use this app pretty much exclusively to copy tracking number from shipping labels and share them with colleagues and I could not ask for a better application.

Multiple users are experiencing the same issue, why haven't you addressed it? The buttons to search on Google or Amazon don't do anything. Clicking a result in the list doesn't do anything. This app is the equivalent of a search engine that doesn't allow you to select any results. All it's good for is confirming that a barcode is a valid barcode...thanks.... So why aren't you fixing this?
