Works like a charm for me, haven't received a singal ad yet. Downloaded it to help me track the store of a product I bought long time ago and it worked very quickly and effectively. Would highly recommend this app.

Devs earn 2* for quick response, still needs more work :) The concept is good, however, when I attempted to add a new barcode item the app would not allow me to browse my photos to upload product images. Upon installation I gave it access to camera, but it did not request access to photos (which would seem normal). Add'l feedback: there should absolutely be an «Open page to browser» function for the internal "browser", and there should be a «Settings» button for a few minimal settings at least.

Did not use but found the image could not use the two finger zoom. Many codes are small enough that camera has to be too close and then camera will not focus. Uninstalling. (After response)-will not zoom. Button that zooms camera also chanes volume. In this app, it only adjusts volume. My previous answer stands. Thank you (added star as it may be helpful to some.)

1st tried car inverter I got @ Walmart. Found it & nice description - even better was the price: $0.00!! Umm no. Next were tie wraps@ Ace. Found it, but shows price $1 cheaper than it actually cost. 2 other items it couldn't find (not a big deal) but what's the point if the price isn't listed or inaccurate?? Wish it had worked. I can't respond directly to the developer reply, I will simply ask - since when is $.00 ever a Walmart price? I scanned 3 different items from Walmart, all came up $0.

Great product I'm looking through my room just scanning like everything with a barcode, although it doesn't scan the barcodes I have from China (Temu). One of these days I'm actually going to need it to find a product reverse engineering it and all. So Long Folks!

App really needs work. First off I had to rescan a few barcodes as the app attempts to scan the product description and gives errors. Secondly, it crashed twice in the 3 minutes I had it installed and attempted use. Thirdly, the 3 motherboard boxes I was able to scan correctly did not provide any product information with the upc or part number barcodes. 1 of the 3 products is about 2 years old and the rest are over 5. Gigabyte and Asrock are name brand.

Great app. I'd like a one time payment version to remove adds. And I think it would great if you were able to categorize your scans. To be able to create your own categories and make things more organized would be great.

Great app, but would love an export feature for history / favorites. This can be a very useful tool for sellers ad well if these features were included. I've tried to locate the location of these on my phone (assuming it's saved) to try to export but no luck. These features would be amazing if added to the app and sellers would widely use this for quick inventorizing. Hope you may add these features!

Finds about half the items. Doesn't have all the detail I need though.

Awesome, even a code it couldn't find it gave me search options, and knowing I bought an item on Ebay, I selected Ebay as a place to search, and what do u know? Just like magic, it showed me the exact product and the price I paid for it some 3 years ago. I am amazed. Don't download other readers that u pay for. No way are they as good as this reader. Best of all, it's free. Thanks barcode lookup.

im... shocked ? i needed this because i lost my receipt for all my back to school shopping, and i like to keep track of how much i spend. i figured scanning things would be easier than searching every single item, so i tried this app. it scanned everything instantly, it came up with all the information for a product, and it showed me every store that carried it. find the store, and there's what you paid. i had no issues with it whatsoever. its amazing

Really good app. Found an item I couldn't find on other apps. One nice thing on this app is it has an option for User to EDIT inof of item being looked up! Because I had part of package I knew what the product was (just not the name). Obviously, the algorithm for this app picked the wrong category based on the product content rather than the use so I was able to correct this. There is a definite flaw(?), however in determining how to figure out which category title the app wants to use;)

I am really disappointed in this app. It does not look anything like the pictures show that it does. It is very outdated and only takes you to a page that says item can't be found another send you to Google or Amazon. Even for a new item it should be able to pull it up with a picture like it claims but it does not do that on any item I have scanned. I have scanned over 300 items and none of them came up with a picture or anything like what they show the description.

Just downloaded the app and it seems to work well. The ads are not intrusive, which I appreciate. Only one bar code scanned was unable to be found and that was on a random greeting card so I think that's to be expected. Would like to see additional features in the future, such as the ability to export scans and perhaps to be able to utilize the flash in low light situations. Four stars because I haven't had enough time to play with it to see the apps full potential, but so far its great.

This is a very useful app and it's very easy to use. I would like to see in future an add-on perhaps, a feature that links to the database of one's choice, and/or a way of saving the barcodes locally, allowing one to add other data (manufacturer, cost, stores and alternate stores, etc.) for quick and easy restocking of pantry, et al in busy households, for example.

I've scanned a few items. This app generates a list of stores that stock the item, based on the barcode. So if your trying to find your digital receipt, it greatly helps you narrow down the search by listening all of the possible stores that carry the item. Unfortunately the item at Walmart has the same barcode as the item at Target, same for Safeway vs King Soopers, and CVS vs Walgreens, etc.
