There was no usable way to redeem points from the app since the confirmation sms take longer than the timeout required for the app to close session.. Now the catalog is not even available.. blank screen appears with no information at all.

This App Is Awful! Coming from a big bank one expects more. I'm an expat and I've spent an entire afternoon trying to get it to activate a new card Banorte has sent me. Downright stupid. And the bank's response is nonsensical (send an email to support). LOL! Bottom line: avoid this hot mess. OXXO and Citibanamex have a card and an app that is 1000 times better. Use it instead. Banorte, its card and its app will be a joke until it fires its app team, trashes this awful app and starts over.

Having dealt with terrible mobile apps from other banks in Mexico, I was surprised at how user-friendly/reliable this app is. Complaints: 1) took a long time and multiple trips to the bank to get my registration set up. 2) app can sometimes be a bit slow. Positives: 1) app remembers your most recent service payments, and search by name function actually works. 2) one kind of virtual token, activated by biometrics (not PW) 3) can see payments for my mortgage 4) one login for app and online.

Terrible app. Extremely slow. Doesn't always work. Not all the functions work. You should change developers. The Santander bank app is easy to use and very reliable, learn from them!!

It's really good to have face recognition, fingerprint scanner and the power to make electronic transfers without needing the "CLABE"; it works just with the plastic number. The fingerprint scanner sucks!, tho. You need to enter your password every time you restart the device.

Many service calls along the flows but working as expected. There is an UX issue in home screen when the user hit the back button a pop up message show up and the user confim the alert dialog hitting the positive button the App is being killed instead of send the flow to login screen.

Update: so i had to loose a day of work and went in to cancel app and re-contracted the app so it could work but now the app is not working when i try to make a transfer it gives me an error of H68 and when i called they told me it will be fixed by 05/27/2020 thats two weeks away so i wont be able to make the transfers i need untill then, Banorte still terrible app repair service or solutions i think the one star rating im giving them is way to high if i could i woul give no stars at all.

It crashes so often after last update. By clicking app icon it pop up the homescreen in the background and just close out of a sudden and need to repeat the operation 4 to 5 (sometimes more tries) for the app open. I was on the need to put it into deep sleep mode to avoid battery draining.

Way too intrusive and complicated. Also the alias for the registered users is supposed to help you get around quickly, instead it's buried, e.g. if you have several accounts with the same name but different alias all you see is the name, so at a glance all the accounts are the same. Also the ATMs are by far the worst of any bank.

Maybe it's not the app developer but I hate not being able to make the transfer for the required amount. I tried six times until I was able to transfer a very small amount instead I the complete qtr needed. Now I'm gonna try with a second try to complete transfer but I'm wondering if the daily limit has been reached.

App automatically updated to the latest version and now I can't access to it anymore. Followed the instructions showed when the app opens but can't find anything similar in my phone. App was working fine before the update. Pretty serious situation when checking your balance entirely depends on the app, including online banking because of the mobile token.

It is a very good app, it allows me to do everything I need from a mobile bank app. I would give it 5 stars but, and this is a major flaw to me, it does not allow copy paste of passwords. People like me that uses password managers and generated passwords have a hard time when accessing our account, because we need to type them. Thank God the password is only 8 character length. Please change this and allow password field to be pasted UPDATE : The field now allows for password managers to fill it.

The app is really slow and it always always displays pop ups with repetitive and useless messages. The interections are full of slow transitions and poor usability Banorte's app will keep asking you for a review, even after creating one. They have never fixed this in 3 years I've used it. I get the CM message thay says "oh we'll consider your feedback", it's very important yadayada... Yeah right

Just like anyone else, I updated to the latest version and the app is not loading. It just show a blank window. Now I have to manually go the to atm to check my balance. *update: on s20 the app just keeps loading and cannot pass that screen. It only works at random times. Very unreliable. And yes, I did clear data, cache, and reinstalled several times. This is not happening in any other bank app I use.

Horrible app design! It locks you out PERMANENTLY if not used at least once a month, then you have to re-apply and provide IDs and proof of address to the bank just for them to re-validate your credentials and access the app again, and finally when it does allow you sometimes takes too long to load the app and get it to work! Just plainly horribly designed with a defect that was never fixed! Waste of time, energy and resource!

The unconfirmed, or pending charges to the credit cards are not posted in the statement, until they become confirmed. That makes the total amount due, completely inaccurate. Also, there is no balance posted after each transaction, so there is no way to see how the balance fluctuated from day one, until the end of the period. Also, when making a transfer to another person account, there is no way to go back to the previous screen, without loosing the entered data.The app is not ok 24/7.It crashes
