App won't ever open. Just stays on the Banner Family Pharmacy page and then freezes.

Very easy to transfer all my medication to banner pharmacy . I thought it might be a nightmare but was amazing and easy . The pharmacy is amazing thank you .

Hi guys, Thx for the app. It works good. One problem tho, how do I change my password. Cant seem to change it in the app. I want to change it because Ive been using the sameone for awhile now. Any ideas. Thx😷👍

App never opens up when I try to use it. Just sits on the loading screen. Really frustrating that I was required to switch to Banner Pharmacies by my Banner insurance and am not able to easily refill my prescriptions.

Barebones basic app. It's simple to use, but the only thing it's good for is submitting a refill request. Outside of that, it is completely useless.

Worked great the first time, but now my prescriptions don't show under the list so I have to enter each one. Totally useless. Easier to fill over the phone.

In order to create an account you have to have an existing prescription with them. That's backwards. Let me create an account so that I can get my prescriptions filled, no? Also, when I try to transfer a prescription without creating an account, the app keeps changing my birthday back to the apps default date.

This app is basically useless. It loads the landing page, but when you press on any of the menu options, they don't ever load, it just stays on that same page. Very disappointing!
