I'm really disappointed here because the app worked great until I changed phones, downloaded the app and it's not even allowing me to sign in now. I've already turned the phone off and on and uninstalled an re installed and still am not able to sign in. So frustrating...

makes me give it all my private information, almost every time, but when it works it's great to have your meds, X-rays, and appts available to me in one place, ....that is, if it works

Updated review: App is easy to use, but it does suffer from some very slow loading. If you're experiencing this, just have some patience. Otherwise, it gives me all the information I need.

The message system needs fixed. Type a whole message & want to attach something & then suddenly times out & have to start over, if u leave the screen at all it times out. There's no way to see our sent messages unless they are responded to in the portal.

every time I want to check lab or Imaging results it tells me to sign up for an account even though I am logged into my account when I'm trying to get the information this app is totally useless...

Banner rep told me on the phone billing statements are available on the app, but it just goes to the website where you need the number from your statement to see your statement. Can't find account number anywhere in the app.

can never get in, tells me wrong password or email. request a new password, try getting in, and it works. The next day, I go back in, won't work!!!! frustrating. After changing the password, I can see what I'm, next time, not there.

Not super user-friendly and extremely slow. I'm not sure what type of processor or server used but it definitely takes minutes just to get in. Once you are in request buffer for minutes at a time. I have been seen several times as well as operated on several times in the last few months and both procedures and operations seems to be missing. If you are updating information as it goes it's not available for the user which should be your first consideration.

The app is basically useless. You sign in with accurate information and then can't go further because 'it doesn't match the information they have'. Then if you're lucky enough to get in there is no way to find what you need, they always want you to sign in again. I left Urgent Care with 'no diagnosis' sick as a dog because they needed the results of radiology. I needed to go to this app to try to get the radiology report and obviously wasn't able to get it. I still don't know my diagnosis.

This app is garbage. It's very unstable and throws unknown errors consistently. The interface is not all that intuitive or very well layed out. I would call it clunky at best. The provider messaging portion doesn't scroll down when keying in a message and adding an attachment causes it to error out. You are supposed to able to schedule an appt through the app, however the way to do it is a mystery. I hope that you didn't pay the developers much for it. As apps go, it's a bit of a hotmess.

Latest version (03/29/23) is not working (at least on my phone). Does not show all upcoming appointments. Only shows 2 out of 8 appointments that I could see (and still can) on the older version. The older version that is still on my husband's phone works fine. Needs to be fixed or previous version made available on Google Play.

Is there a way to have the draft option back.. I'm a person who needs time to think. how I want to approach a medical situation, and when the screen times out, the entire message gets erased, and I have to start over again, not remembering what I had written in the last message. I dont like having to create a note and copy and paste in the hope of my messages not getting erased.

I have always loved this app. Having my results, upcoming appointments, refill requests, etc right at my fingertips is awesome. But for several weeks now I can even sign in. I put my username and password in and the sign in button never highlights or responds. I have changed my password, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, etc and nothing works. Super frustrated. 😒😤
