Great app, easy to do payments or login to your bank and secure since it has both fingerprint and password authentication. For people concerned about their security please double-check what service requested you to use bank id. It's the big bold red letters before you authenticate yourself. For other people that the app is crashing at their phones, disable battery optimisation for the app.

When selecting "use BankID on this device", I have to enter the PIN 2-3 times before I'm granted access. Sometimes it becomes an endless loop. Regardless of app, so this is definitely a BankID issue. The worst part is there is not support contact for BankID. QR codes and camera work just fine, but I don't always have access to a computer.

Why does the Bank I'd not work all of a sudden? I have a new phone and it's installed on here. There is no reason why it should not work for Parkster. Its very inconveniencing and ea h time I try to pay and Bank I'd Gives me thr same fault, I forget and get reminder mails with the reminder penalty! Could this be a strategy to collect more reminder fees? Because Bank I'd was working quite perfectly before. Very frustrating. Please rectify this on your site or something. It is very frustrating

Seems they changed the requirements for length security code to sign. The front end developers and product manager biff it. Now I can't even change the security code because the submit button requires 6 digits, the old requirement was 5. I bet this is off shore development project these days. :-( :-( No help or support, hopefully I can pay my bills on time.

Frustration - when digital id card was added all went well with installation on my iPhone but when the same process is followed on my android I get an error message when I choose to scan my passport. No possibility to have any support with this issue. Error message is that unable to start text recognition, maybe because Google play has not finished downloading necessary files yet, please try later. Now been trying for 2 days without progress.

Used to work perfectly but since few months i couldnt open the app. This is unacceptable as the bank id is used to access both bank & most public service related to the personal number. Now i cant access any of those. I sent an email to maintenance team & it just sent back kind of automatic reply saying my mobile system is not updated. But no, my android version is up to date! So no help no access to anything!

Suddenly stopped working early September. Looks like it can't connect to the server any more but it doesn't print any useful error message. When this happened it prevented me from buying a bus ticket home. Luckily I have an old authenticator from my bank so I can at least use that to pay my bills, but I'm currently locked out of all services that don't let me choose authentication method for the purchase

Cannot use it as i get the error saying its too old to use and needs updating but there is no update for it. Completely unusable.

Downloaded new version before old expired. Bank shows the App as being in date and active on their webpage, but using the app on the phone does not allow log ins. I am supposed to visit a bank to "prove who I am", despite using the banks own software to replace the old version, and then paying bills. What good is a security app if it allows me to empty an account? There should be alternatives to this single app used by all these Nordic Banks, a monopoly position is supposed to be illegal in EU

After some tests and alternitive solutions i have got the full picture of how bad the latest update is, mobile bank id is a spyware and a malware. It require you to turn off security on your phone and it also spy on your apps so if you open apps while the M.B.ID is open it will see this and send it to the devs and it spy on your apps and phone. M.B.ID demand that you turn off security and they wont give you any alternatives or help when you get issues and cant log in, AVOID THIS APP!

Tells me a Google verified app doesn't work when accessibility function is on. Doesn't work on my older back up phone.....

Please remove the new check for accessibility apps (in my case Cube Call Recorder). You are basically crippling peoples phones with this implementation. I know security is important, but this is definitely the wrong way of tackling it. Have you heard about one single BankID fraud case where accessibility apps have been used to scan the screen in real time for BankID password? No, not me either.

I had a windows phone before, the app kept asking me to change my phone because the service was supposed to be ended shortly. I did it (these days windows phone is good for nothing anyways!) Now that I've got an android phone, the app stopped working a few days back because my version is too old for them... What kind of support is this? Especially for an app that is essential to your life. So I should change my phone every time you please? Ridiculous!

The latest update broke the whole app on my Pixel. So, in an attempt to check how much money I have in my bank-account, I start my old phone. But guess what, it isn't supported anymore. Additionally, most features are locked for those under 18. With all due respect to the development team, please fix your app. This isn't the first time this very critical app decides to not work.

Sweden has some bad systems but this is one of the worst. Difficult for a non-Swedish citizen to use due to ID requirements but the banking and finance system is so tightly knit together. A sign of things for countries going cashless.

To renew your BankID it is now necessary to verify yourself with your Swedish passport or Swedish ID card. If you don't have that because you're not a Swedish citizen you're supposed to get in contact with one of the big banks to get support. I'm not a customer of the big banks anymore. Well now here I am as a long term EU resident and can suddenly not renew my BankID with my existing BankID as I did previously. And it seems like im forwarded from one support to the next in an endless loop.

I thought I'd get a bank-Id card and all but eventually gave up the thought because of the 'Updating' problem. Every time I open this app, first thing that comes up is 'Error' followed with 'this version is too old.' When I return to the Play Store app and try to update it, no button with that word ever comes up. So what? I blamed it on my phone and we moved on. Still, isn't this a crucial problem? It's frustrating no matter how I look at it. There's now a requirement for me to buy a new phone.

every time i try to access my bank through Bank-Id, it keeps telling to disable apps in accessibility settings and i need those apps on constantly for my disability. Pls remove this annoying feature, It wasn't doing that before the new update and made it a problem for me.

It works, but recently the prompts are not readable at all and i have no idea what im signing! It starter with too big information, then it got normal, then it got squished vetically, then minimized and now its just 2 pixels on the screen... Shame

Recently the text denoting what I'm signing for has been distorted to the point where I can't tell what I'm signing for. Please fix this. (the text gets compressed/flattened, so it's full width but only a third or such of the original height)
