Appreciate the new app update! It had been a long time coming. I really liked the "See similar transactions" button when viewing my transactions, but now it's gone. Did you remove this with the most recent update?

At first couldn't find a couple things, but after exploring it some more, now I like it and it's better than the old one. I was pretty used to the old one; used that one This version is much better.

Since your update, nothing works! Can't deposit, can't sign in. Every screen just circles. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing works. I can't even sign in. Thanks for messing everything up.

Finally got it to work. I had to download, install and uninstall new app several times before it would work correctly. New app would not work correctly till I uninstalled the old app before installing the new BOS mobile app. Working good now. Remember to uninstall old app before installing new app.

I like 👍 it a lot because it's so easy to understand it and to follow ☺️ the instructions and updates is more comfortable to do it. I don't have problems with the apps.

this is probably the best bank experience ever. no fees that others charge for. friendly, always helpful. no matter where you travel, never a problem.

Don't like the layout. I liked the simple one better. it is what it is. there was nothing wrong with the older one it worked fine. The new one shows all the transaction In a group, unless u pick the account it's coming from then u know which is which.

This app looked like an improvement. Last week I sent my wife money on Venmo. 4 days later this app showed I still had the money in my account. This bug cost me 70$ in overdraft fees. This week, same thing. My wife got the money, Venmo shows I sent it, but the app shows it's still in my account. What good is this app if it shows that I have money that I don't actually have?? This bug is expensive.

The app will not accept my pictures to do Mobile deposits. I have made 20 attempts. I use a late model Android and i can clearly see the check numbers on the picture. Very frustrating. I will now need to go to my local branch to deposit my check to prevent overdraft. This isn't the 1st time it has happened.

The upgrade is great! Except, when I receive a notification of money in process via text , I would like to know specifically if the process is a debit or credit. I find it alarming to see large amounts of money in process, but no info what is in process. Otherwise the upgrade works great!

Listen, I LOVE Bank of the Sierra. I've been banking here since I was 14 and I am now in my 40s. I love the company, especially the people that make it all happen. The app though... It's missing a lot of features (or they aren't as well flushed out as the same features elsewhere) that the big name banks offer. Still, the app works, I never have bugs or glitches. Solid 3 of 5 stars. The bank is a 5 of 5 stars.

randomly stops working for days at a time. super inconvenient, my true balance is always a guessing game because it takes an eternity to process transactions. JUST TELL ME HOW MUCH MONEY I HAVE

It's really bad when you try to make deposits, no matter what angle, lighting, camera, etc, the app doesn't scan the check. It's really annoying and bothersome because now when you have to make a deposit you have to go all the way to your closest bank of the Sierra, just because the app won't scan the check no matter what you do.
