Worst banking system you'll ever witness. Sent money from mobile transfers, money also got deducted but the other person didn't received. and the customer service saying that they will sort the issue after eid. what if you want money for the eid. Too disgusting. opening account experience in here was miserable too. I wish I took the lesson from that ezperience alone.

It is very bad and we strongly bad regiments bcz don't have to add a new ban.... And when make a Tran..... Then don't have exit option or back O ... I hate bank Muscat bad application app

The recent update has significantly worsened user experience. The new UI is not user friendly, requiring too many clicks to perform simple tasks. The previous version was much better , the overall UIUX feels poorly designed, hoping for improvements in future updates...

New update app design: I am UiUx Designer and represent Alpha Innovative solutions I user of this new updated version there is a lot of information missing or displaced, the user can't do one action on the one screen. Very difficult to find slip. New design is good but not managed the things and functions. It could be refine some screen The mobile transfer is the most useful option by user and it need to find in the the transfers tab. Why user don't have quick link option......

Horrible user interface, insists on permissions unrelated to the app, refuses to run with a VPN. Times out too quickly when filling out forms.

very best performance, guidance, best app for transaction. etc. one of the best thing is, once call to customer care, many questions,update finally giving guidance after proper answering from customer are much appreciated for fraud checking.

Extremely Disappointed – Needs Serious Fixing! Tried opening a savings account, but the experience was a nightmare. The app keeps failing at the residential card scan, even with clear images. Each failure forces a full restart, including OTP verification. After multiple tries, I got past it, only to face document upload errors. Finally, at submission, it froze and showed a network error despite my stable connection. 14 failed attempts—gave up.

bank muscat was working soo good before the update now after the update when I go to transfer money they don't send me the otp without that I can't transfer money they don't show where I used my money no msgs nothing pls pls fix this app

I appreciate the update but I have been facing some issues. - I can't log in to my other account because the app only recognises one. Fyi, I go through the whole registration of a new device process and it still fails. - I can't share the receipt because the app needs storage permission. Storage permission does not exist in the permissions list.

alsagh entertainer not working in app for over 10 days. sent video to customer care. the app as well as customer support is not user friendly and slow. if I had a better choice will close account and move to another bank Don't give theory as it's not correct what ur replyjng

New app on 2025.. the font size is not optimal. Sometimes, the app is not responding. Previous comment... There must be an option to repay our loan through mobile or Internet banking. I have visited twice the branch where I maintain, and due to the system problem, they accepted a paper from me not yet transferred the amount from savings account to loan account. Don't you think repaying an additional amount to the loan account is essential in online service?

the most useless app compared to the previous one. looks very fancy and is much less practical than the previous app. can't even check your loan accounts on this damn new app. it's invalid account. how useful.
