when it's installed and configured it works well, however it has so many "features" that you couldn't even guess that changing your phone is completely inconvenient and things no longer work. eg Internet payment approval is tied to a phone and not the app, so it stops working and then you have to figure out why and then how to update it. hassle that you don't need

1. Better stay with SMS confirmation for payments, as you plainly won't be able to see your mobile app confirmations. It says that I have multiple notifications but when proceed to the notifications screen - it's empty. 2. Basically the app is just one else credit card with the same functionality. Besides NFC payments it is useless. 3. You're also constantly spammed with super value "offers". I just had to block all notifications from it, and check them manually whenever it is necessary.

After the latest update the app is working fine again on Google Pixel with GrapheneOS. Thanks Millennium Team. 👍

Very effective, easy to use and English interfaced app. Great job. "edit" i have been facing an issue for months now. when I try to make a domestic transfer on the same day i be advised to make whithing the specific date period (as if i am making it on a day not included in that period) but i am! and it's always the same day. when this happen my only choice is to do it tomorrow and I don't want that! can you please fix it.

Can't login to the app. I see No connection error all the time. It proposes to retry (which I did multiple times) or login via Millenet, which is also impossible due to mobile security check. Updated to latest version of the app

Once the app didn't work for a week, just couldn't load, then returned to normal. Besides is rather convenient and intuitive.

Login experience is still stressful and error prone, small issue is your icon on android desktop is ugly and not following ui standard of other apps.

After most recent update it is totally unusable - it is impossible to log on. I tried to uninstall and install it twice already but that didn't help either. After an attempt of setting up PIN it says "unknown problem occured" and that's the game over for me. I have a Google Pixel 6a phone (Android). What is the most annoying thing is that even though it is unusable it turns on the mobile verification which makes me unable to log on to my account. I'll have to call to CS to swith it back to SMS.

Fingerprint auth not working since 2023. Other than that, a solid app. Almost as good as their web interface.

I can't activate the app on pixel 7 pro. Seems an activation SMS text missing some characters in the end of the message. When I contacted bank support via email they say I need to login first so they can help, but i can't login without activating the app. I just updated the app and the SMS message still doesn't have a closing bracket on pixel 7. You didn't even read what I wrote?)

The UI took me quite a time to adapt. Transfers are easy and i can find even regulation documents in it. It gives good overview of saving account. All i miss right now is to copy cars info from it whenever i need. For this reason, i still wear physical card with me.

Switching to a new phone is extremely inconvenient. My old phone broke and suddenly I can't do anything. The app on the new phone does not let me register (the process just doesn't work). With SMS password confirmation it would be much easier. But I can't switch to it, since the operation requires a confirmation in the app on my old phone! Very frustrating!
