New App os not good, while sharing receipt of transaction to anyone, mistake is there in IBAN wrriten, it is written always sender IBAN but needs to have Recipient IBAN.

Slow loading, not showing full options, even i cannot find money transfer history. Once you transfer money it will received after 24 hours

I opened an account previous month and transferred my money but from the last 2 days I cannot log in to my account. Customer service is not picking the phone and I am so stressed!

Old version is much better seriously, Exchange rates are showed detaily while transfer the transactions for international,and summary history is also, please make Old one active again here🙏🏻

Changing the application was a good move, but you need to work on it. many times we don't get to activate the beneficiary and then the app says he's alreadt available

The app is somewhat buggy and lacks many core features that are essential for a modern smooth user experience. It also needs more flexibility and better-designed, normalized workflows. Currently, it's not meeting my expectations. I'll give it one star for now and will reconsider my rating after seeing improvements in the future releases.

I’m quite frustrated with the new app. The old version was much better—easier to use and clearer overall. I really miss the comprehensive financial statement; now it feels like a secondary account rather than a primary one. It's difficult to retrieve bills, and the credit page just redirects to Samsung Wallet, which is inconvenient. Reviewing the latest transactions on my credit card has also become cumbersome, and the loan status isn't as clear as it used to be. Overall, app is not effective
