unlock I can't do it and I'm already complaining Lock It's so annoying that I can't transfer money because I'm stuck lock I should have written down the pros and cons of closing the account first. After closing it, I have to go to the bank office to open it again, so it's not convenient for me.

It completely froze everytime I logged in and had to restart the app EVERY SINGLE TIME. Always crash when trying to pay by QR code. This app is absolutely TRASH, you better change your developer team before the customers change banks. What a disappointment.

Every software update is always a problem In this BBL Mobile Banking.Where verify identity scanning face button.Now I have faced "account locked" problem .So It affects my work a lot. Please solve this account locked problem.

How to login if I dont use mobile internet on sim card attachet to the account. Phone number is the same. Device is different. All last year the app had bug with accessibility tools also. If u can avoid the app and bank. Avoid it.

After the update, the app is very slow and hard to use. Have to wait around 30s to 45s to make a payment to shops or street vendors. App is getting stuck and sometimes showing black screen during the payment.

When it works, it's a great app. However, so often it just won't log in!! I try to get money out and i stand there at the atm, looking stupid. I'm sure it's not my internet connection. I think the bank is great but this is an obvious problem. Please fix!

if the goal was to make it so tedious to log in that hackers and bank support would smash their keyboards trying to guide people through: have to turn off my authentication app from assessibility service have to have 5g on and wifi off have to write down my accound number because if I switch windows to look at it it deletes everything need to recieve an OTP (easy, good) need to scan my face (oh wait, it stopped working and keeps undetecting my face when I close my eyes) now recall your pin.

History on app doesn't show all transaction, also the balance it shows is not current when I compare with and atm receipt. This is very frustrating when you want to see if you have been oaid or not, I don't want ti keep making a trip to the atm to see in my balance has changed or not.

I edit my review as requested. Not that transferring the app to a new phone worked like a champ but because I have more knowledge about IT. I don't think I will keep this app on my phone for a long time. I can check my accounts and make some payments. The app is quite useless when you are not a native Thai who can use all the available options. I have much more to say but better to keep it by this for my own safety. My rating stay the same since I still mean what I wrote in my previous review.

Lot's of bug when I try to pay after scanning a QR code (sometimes the screen turns black after scanning and u have to turn off and on the app until it works). Sometimes when I want to do a transfer it tells me that the user informations are wrong (even when I scan a QR), but few hours later it will work with the exact same informations/QR.

Why do I have to scan QR codes twice? Once before entering the password and then AGAIN after entering the password. It was working fine up until recently. Once should be enough, thanks. This is a bug that comes from the old app. Fix it please.

Around half the times I try to use the app it complains I have the accessibility settings enabled and it completely refuses to work. I don't have the accessibility settings enabled! I even tried enabling them and disabling them again and nothing. If I can't trust the app is going to work every time, mobile payments are never going to be an option for me.

It used to be the best. But now, it's very difficult to transfer more than 50.000B. Cannot read without glass like 90% of people 50+. With glass it's not working, no glass cannot read the instructions. Must ask people around you to read. It's not good for security they see your bank app around. Dangerous in public area.

Your Face authentic when transfer 50k needs a redesign. I wear glasses. Your app said it detects face covering. Have to take glasses off. Now your app either tell to blink or smile but how in the holy world can I see? People wear glasses for a reason, not for fun. Are you trying to recreate No Keyboard detected Press F1 to continue?

Several last updates made the app hang half the time after entering the pin. I've been using the app on the same phone for year and a half now. It has never been an issue before. You need to bloody fix this asap.

I've used it for a while with only a few problems but today when I tried to buy food, it said I couldn't use the app with Accessibility Mode turned on. I need this mode turned on due to a visual problem. Saying I can't use a basic feature of my phone is wrong. If that isn't changed I actually can't use mobile banking and have no choice but to close my account.

The facial recognition to log back in is VERY bad. Help. Fix it. Edit 19/6/23: I give you 1 more star because you replied. The issue is when I try to scan it keeps lagging hardcore as if there is a software causing the camera to not work like normal. It becomes extremely laggy and everytime I complete the steps it just says authentication failed (RA05) and that I have to retry but every time I retry it wont let me bypass. So I can't even open or access my bank from this app. It is pathetic.

A major step BACKWARDS in usability. No way to log off. The back button is non responsive most of the time and the app kept asking for my PIN at every opportunity, even though I was already logged in using my fingerprint. The new HUGE tiles for 3rd party accounts is truly horrible and unweildy. Favorites should be an option NOT the default and should be user configurable. This new app is a mess. I uninstalled it and reverted to a previos version. This app is NOT user friendly.

This app is pretty good (upgraded from 3 to 4 stars). I've had a few experiences where the system was down due to maintenance etc. The app didn't indicate what the problem was. They've recently added favorites for repeat transfers! As soon as you make a transfer, you have the option of sharing the receipt with another app and/or making the transfer a favorite. Suggestion: enable scanning bill QR code to pay Provincial Electricity Authority like you can Provincial Waterwork's Authority.
