Beware bots!!, horrible customer service. I have never had as many issues with any other online store than banggood. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone purchasing electronics or anything! If item is damaged or dont work, its on you to prove, ship back, hoping it passes customs again paying alot of shipping fees w/no guarantee of anything.Will stick to the US markets and pay the little extra for reassurances in the future. I will never deal with banggood again. I would give 0 stars if poss

I've had several experiences with this store and none of them have been good. The free shipping they offer is false advertising, they will process it but then they cancel the order or the shipping takes way longer than the time given. The tracking is a joke. Every order I have had to use customer service, the customer service is there but the need for it is a bit excessive. They have decent products but amazon has the same things at cheaper prices, cheaper shipping and better service.

I don't see how this app has a 4.8 star rating. Cross referenced 20+ items against exact same items on Amazon, eBay, etc. On average Banggood was 27% higher without shipping cost, many items 72 to 88% higher alone. Shipping costs ranged 6 to 11% higher than all others. Shipping times were 8 to 33 days longer in nearly every instance, selection and search results are seriously lacking for lack of a better term. I was truly hoping for another competitive site based on other reviews, not happening.

I just placed my 2nd order. I find some of the points, etc. a bit confusing at times. The cust. svc. people were great when I had questions (I used my laptop for those inquiries.). My 2nd order was shipped out in less than 2 hours of placing my order & making my 1st payment in 4 with PayPal. Sadly the AfterPay & Klarna just doesn't seem to want to go through, which was my major issue last month. I have used AP 3 times in the past year on other sites w/o any issues.

I have ordered product. had missing items, had to jump through a lot of hoops to get any resolution. It has happened repeatedly and I have sent all requested info, but no response for several months with this last shortage. one entire order has never been received and I am never going to purchase anything from them again. I have uninstalled this app entirely.

Haven't had any issues with this app- placing orders is easy & they have a great selection of interesting tech things for hobbyist makers & scientific professionals alike. Shipping times are as you'd expect, could be a week or a month, but all that information is made clear before purchase. 4 stars only because the app is visually very cluttered, but it matches the aesthetic of the desktop site as well.

The app randomly checked out everything in my cart (about $200 worth), so I cancelled the order, but they still took the money out and didn't send anything of items. I spent hours on the phone with customer service, sent picture proof of my bank statements showing they took the money out, and they continued to deny that the money was taken out. I then asked if they could send the items that were bought, and they said no because I cancelled it. Everyone needs to delete this app.

Ordered a bunch of items, some of which have arrived. No problem with merchandise so far, but DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! It will dominate your phone, bombarding you with ads. Anything put in your cart cannot be removed, and will be ordered if you fail to un-select it for each succeeding order. Pop-up ads are "sticky," refusing to close without major interruption of apps. Ads within games refuse to close or time out, resulting in disruption of play. Deleted and will never do business again!!

Decent products, (read the reviews people), the descriptions are sometimes vague but that's the language gaps. Solid customer service, i've always had any issues worked out very fast. Very helpful. The shipping speed depends on the product but from China to U.S. Texas the smaller stuff is 2 to 3 weeks. The larger stuff takes a bit longer and can be held up by customs as it's coming in on ships. Don't be in a hurry when you order anything. It's a surprise when it shows as I always forget, lol.

Banggood is amazing for electronic goodies, long as you don't mind a shipping delay as compared to what we're used to getting with Amazon. For RC cars and other RC things, batteries, gadgets, etc you can't go wrong! Just make sure you pay attention and look at many different vendors for the same products you're interested in, because this is a marketplace style app where multiple vendors sell the same products (even under alternate product names sometimes) and the prices can vary greatly.

It's easy to get sucked into thinking you're saving money with the points and allowances, but unless you shop every single day... No. Negative reviews of items are regularly deleted or hidden. getting refunds is difficult. and the "money printing" game is a joke to keep you on the app. If I could undo shopping through this, I would. The coupons enticed me until I realized I had to spend 2~3x more per order, at minimum, just to use the $6 and $11 'allowanced.' bad vibes, man. Expensive too.

Ordered two items. First arrived within a few days. Second order will be another 6 weeks. My fault on that. Be very careful when ordering items that you check the shipping method. Free is great, but on a lot of items that means what they call ocean shipping. Literally a slow boat. When I realized I had not checked for fast shipping at more cost, it was too late and order had already processed and shipped. That was within a few hours of the order being placed. Shipping and processing is fast.

It's not just a bunch of junk from China. They have cool things like electronic components, stuff for your Raspberry Pie, cool toys, computer parts, tablets and even some decent fashion. Not to say that everything is great, but a lot of the pure junk isn't here. Only complaint so far is they sell air purifiers, but not necessarily the filters. The app is buggy and not laid out intuitively. I use the website instead. Check for coupons on the web before buying, big discounts often found.

Their is no way to input your billing address, because they don't have a settings page for it. I have tried finding a page in the settings for changing my billing address, but I can't. This is ridiculous considering Amazon and Wish include this. They did refund me for some broken deliveries, so thats why I'm giving them 3 stars and not 1.

Ive had terrific user and customer experience with Banggood , first app I've made an international purchase on and never had a problem ,very easy and very good deals on items , only thing I wish was that the show more items would allow you to view more items then the little they let you view when viewing related items when already looking at a particular item... But that's just personal preference, I know that alot of people like it the way it is currently...But I've had fantastic experiences!!

Have had a poor experience with the app because of the constant advertising on my phone... it is annoying beyond belief... so I had to remove the app before I could even use it... I'm really disappointed that they would pester the customer so much on something that could have been a good experience. .. like a bad car salesman that won't leave you alone... Update: I gave the app a try again and found the source of my frustration... I can't change notification settings without creating an account.

I've always liked this website. Much more reliable and with better customer service than most of those weird overseas worldwide shipping sites. The app is easy to use, and basically the same as the site. If things arrive broken they will refund or replace on photo of proof, because return shipping is not worth it to them. All ya need is a photo of the problem, which is totally understandable.

Sometimes good deals. Shipping times a little all over the place - some items were received in days, while one order was delayed and took months. The quality of the items has been about as expected (varies widely). The packaging they use has ranged from fantastic to awful. If you are willing to take a chance on things, there are great deals sometimes, but I can't recommend as something to rely on - you're not really sure of the quality nor arrival times. Also app "rewards" don't really work.

Tracking information is Extremely sketchy. Packages will say they're delivered even if they aren't. and in all, if not, many cases (especially when ordering from China) tracking information doesn't get updated. App has a lot of bugs but doesn't affect the ordering process. If you don't mind waiting 4-8weeks for a product and you don't want to pay for expedited shipping, bang is good. Else id stick to eBay and Amazon

The app is somewhat - cheerfully persistent when it comes to getting you to buy things you left in your cart. There is probably a way to turn that off, and you probably should. Some items have bizarrely long shipping times while most other items show up early on on time. The tracking options within the app haven't even failed to show me the location of my packages (or at least the status). I have been happy with *all* of my purchases from Banggood (unlike it's crazy low rent sibling Temu)
