It is a horrible bank, its administration is horrendous and many times they always commit robberies, they charge you charges that you have not requested, you cannot make deferred payments, they are always stealing.

I can see all my accounts but I can't do anything at all. It does require location on. Maybe when your in mexico it will work. Other than that you'll need a mexican phone with phone number to do transactions. I'll will keep posted if it works when you cross over

Fix it, I cannot check my balance. The app is always crashing and saying that their fixing it but it's always the same issue

It works pretty fine, I haven't add any issue in the last two years. It has many good things like blocking your card and purchases online (change PIN)

I downloaded this app because I took interest in banking on line.. I gave my personal information and when I'm done..it goes back to the beginning of the page. It doesn't allow me to sign in. Tried to sign in 5 times.

Every time that I try to log in into my account it says that my data does not match and I'm pretty sure that my data it's correct it's very frustrating, I do not recommend this app at all.

It breaks every other week. When it works it's actually OK but every other week there is an issue that doesn't let me use the app. Please, it's a banking app it should work 99 percent of the time.

This is hands down the most terrible bank app I have ever seen. It has never worked. Surely you can afford some technicians to make it run even if it can't ever run smoothly.

The update that changed the layout to this newer design offers so many cool and hepfull features, but they don't work. This app is only good for checking balance and transferring monies.

Probably my favorite app., Especially When I have money in the bank. Been using it for a couple of years now and the Express version is Excellent considering I have used other banking Apps. BanCoppel Express is simple precise and clear and not to mention the excellent service and attenton I have recieved at their locations. In a word awesome app.

Worst bank app experience ever. Unable to pay from my checking account into my store credit and regular credit card I have with Coppell. App freezes and eventually logs me out. Unable to use any function I'm lucky if I'm able to see my balance. Hire better app development staff the technical support you have is obviously incompetent.

The fact that I need the app to do anything is frustrating. I want to make an online purchase and I can't even do that without using the app! It is very inconvenient. Especially when the app won't load. Edit: Just updated it, still doesn't work. I guess I'll use my moneh whenever the app let's me 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏾

WORST - Worthless App. Have tried to login the app because I need a token to be able to buy online. I have been attempting to log in since 10/2023, been to the bank for them to help me without success. Even bought a new phone hoping that it would work, but no luck. Frustrated of this stressful situation! Agents at bank says they can't do anything because it's the app that is not working. Sent like 10 request to app tech's to fix or help, no answer on any of them! Please fix bugs!
