If you are extranjero you're limited in what you can do with the app. Otherwise the app works OK. There is absolutely no reason to contact Bancolombia with a problem. They'll NEVER communicate a solution. Customer service to them is a joke. As long as you're paying monthly fees that's all they're concerned with....$$$$. I contacted Bancolombia more than a month ago with an issue. Emailed screenshots. Still waiting a reply. If you don't use social media there is no assistance.

The UX is the worst I have seen in an app. The previous app was way more intuitive and all actions took less time to finish. This new app is much les intuitive, takes too long to perform an action. It is very diffucult for me to think that this great bank doesn't have an UX area

This app is driving me crazy, for sudden it started updating and then when I tried to reopened it doest not load at all and it just shows the app logo loading but never gives me acces to the app and basically I can do nothing because of the code you need to get when you need to make a transation. This is very frustrating and awful. I contacted the company fir help and none one helped me.

It's an awful app with awful compatibility with past versions of Android. Just delete this app and change your bank if you want decent digital services. When I try to open the app It just shows a message saying "el sistema no está disponible en este momento intentalo mas tarde" It has been imposible even to log into my account with this app. Intento abrir la app sólo muestra un mensaje así "el sistema no está disponible en este momento intentalo más tarde" es imposible incluso iniciar sesión.

The design and features of the app are nice, but it's super slow! It would probably work well on a desktop device, with a good processor and RAM. But most 2021 phones aren't powerful enough for this app.

They fixed the bug that made the app unusable in my phone. Also improved the speed and responsiveness, it's still a bit slow for a bank management app, which is really important. Hoping you get back to the days when the app was yellow, was extremely snappy. Keep on good work! And thanks for the fix that I'm sure helps more people than me.

The app is garbage, out of all the Colombian banking apps I use, this is by FAR the slowest, glitchiest, and least usable of them all. The NFC payments always break and stop working after I turn off and back on my device again, only fixed with a reinstall. Bancolombia should really just allow for Google Pay or Samsung pay to be used with their cards like on iPhones. It would make actually using the cards extremely easier. At least the app looks alright, I'll give them that.

Rubbish I had trouble with it for the last 4 days, trying to update the app but don't go through it, my Internet connection is good, and when I tried to contact them, a bloody machine answered and don't solve the problem neither, urgently need to transfer some money. Just useless 😪 😕 Nov 15/22 The same story to make worse, can anybody tell me how to deal with this bank, it does update the app.

It fails a lot. All the time it is necessary to contact with customer service to request for proof of payment as the app shows an error message when making transactions. Also it keeps saying "try later" and this is the only bank app in Colombia which I have had this kind of issues and so frequently.

It fails way more times than it works, it's really slow compared with other bank apps. And the updates always block the application. The landing page should have a disclaimer saying: "Always beta version. Please do not use if you're in a hurry, if you need to make transactions or paying bills"

It forced me to update right while I was trying to make a payment and after that, the most recent version will not even work. And what is even worse, they do not seem to offer costumer support. Esta App te obligará a realizar una actualización en medio de una transacción y luego no abrirá. Y, lo que es peor, es imposible recibir ayuda para resolver los problemas

The worst bank app ever in Colombia. No body needs an initial animation in a bank app, it is not logic. The app is absolutely slow, I have to push three or four times the same button to get any response. The qr code reader does not work all the times when I need to do any payment by this way and every week the app is down. It is a shame, it was better the app used four or five years ago.

Disclaimer: I write apps for a living. And this app is an embarrassment. UI is terrible, it has too many buttons, and I have no idea how they managed to make the app UI so slow when they should be native code. A college student can probably do a better job than this. Also, the dynamic key thing that they came up with for security... It doesn't work at times. What an embarrassment for what's supposedly a major bank in Colombia.

Edit: can you guys do an uptade without messing it up ? Now the app does not load and stays in Bancolombia withe loading screen. Awful support here. Do you not test this before releasing on a real phone ? App is unstable and slow in multiple times, after updates the app crashes without even opening the home screen and re installation was necessary. Lack of stability makes it hard to rate it higher

App has been working well over the time and recently it evolved it's appearance. Still, it needs some User experience improvements and a better handling of the dynamic password when you're using it during long periods of time. Also the system messages at the startup move the whole interface, which becomes annoying

Since the last update the availability has been abismal. In the same phone the old app took less than a second to read my fingerprint. Now it takes around 3, no exaggeration So... Many... Clicks needed to get something done! To do a transfer I need to: 1. Get in the app 2. Click on one of the bunch of buttons 3. Wait 3 secs to get my fingerprint read 4. See the message that says that it can't connect 5. Try again multiple times until I get in 6. Finish like 3 or 4 more steps Such a bad UX & UI !

The new app is so annoying, sluggish and not intutive. I can't even know when I'm logged in or out. My password is continuingly exposed and the app keeps asking me to activate services, fingerprint recognition and all kind of USELESS stuff. PLEASE STOP BOTHERING ME, this is not an app to stay in viewing useless pop-ups but to quickly manage my account. What's next? Integrated games? Bring me the old app back!

I say this app never works, and you sent me an email saying that your experiencing some issues rigth now... Did you read the word NEVER? I am not complaining just for 1 issue, NEVER works! You can't use the fingerprint, it freezees, restart the transaction all the time...and that is when you finally get into de app, which is another issue

The app didn't run, it's slow and always has an issue!! The log in button isn't working right now. Can the developers do an effective job with this app and solve the problems once and for all? A lot of users complain about it since when we need it, barely it works. Let's hope the app works with the "new update" it runs efficiently.

Disastrous. I have other bank apps (both Colombian and foreign) and this is the slowest one, the worst interface (too many buttons and steps), and ATROCIOUS loading times. The dynamic password becomes a problem given the slow load times, so there is no better security, just annoyed customers. Hire someone better at user experience and better developers. Or better yet, just copy what Davivienda does.
