Terrible experience it's been seven days that I'm trying to withdraw my money from the account to make bank transfers and it's always giving me a call and this unavailability is also terrible

App is simple to use but there's actually no efficiency. What's the point of an app if i need whatsapp to ask for a new credit card?

Everytime I will use the app I need to reset it. It is taking too long to update the cards expenses. More than 2 days.

This App is very complicated and incomplete. There are no option to send a bill in PDF. I hated it. Even so I don't wanna have an account to pay my credit bill.

Nice bank, but the interface to get a new vehicle is horrible, and for an bank app, it sends way too much notifications, even in sms format... Change that asap because it sucks. Seriously, one day I got 7 notifications from this app in a row.

Updating my rate to 2 stars. I'd love to give more stars for this app, but first it would be nice to see the app generating a boleto with the correct amount value. At least for me, every time I generate a boleto for my credit card bill, It always make it with a bunch of zeros. That's very annoying!
