I find really bad that the app lets you take screenshots. I am used to AIB BANK app and the app is safe and you don't let it take screenshots for security reasons. With Itaú app you have this option and I don't like. My app could be open taking screenshots of my information. Technology did not arrive yet for Itaú.

I think it could be more better, because sometimes hasn't been working; When I have tried to access the app, it hasn't worked. But love that; I get pay my accounts, whatever.

I can't access the app anymore. Anytime I try it says my agency and account are invalid, but they aren't. I called the bank and they said everything was ok. What should I do? I work for the State of Minas Gerais, I just got the account to get my salary paid next year. Now, I'm afraid of not getting access to my money or the worst: don't have my money deposited on my account because it is invalid.

I have been using the App for about two years now and I can say that it has made my banking transactions better. I do almost everything that I need a physical banking structure for. It's great but it can still be better. I love Itau banking system.

Signing in is very slow on the app. I would give 3-4 stars, but, man, iToken, better known as ISHIT. Who creates a proprietary software that YOU NEED TO INSTALL ON YOUR COMPUTER to transact?!! Are you out of your mind? Great thing not all companies think this way, or you would need apps for everything installed in your computer.

Terrible experience using a Galaxy S10. Apps crashes all the time, needs constant reestart and offer you options that just simply dont work (such as the card reset password feature)

This app leaves much to be desired. Facial recognition is virtually impossible and the itoken feature cannot go thru activation. If you're not in Brazil you can't activate the itoken. So the app is useless.

Having problem to access the account Tried uninstalling and reinstalling various time still having problem to access not giving option to put the password . Please help Thanks my issue was solved with the help of the ban staff in the branch but still while doing transaction it says senha is incorrect but they told to change it and was working in the branch and again had problem and was using with old senha

the app is incomplete and the experience when looking for solutions is frustrating. IT keeps saying I have to unblock my card since my credit has been approved and when I click it, the app says I don't own ANY card, despite my credit/debit card was released to me three months ago

I had a very good experience of using this application, and it's so useful for the person to have a conversation with the person who is far from us. just one suggestion you must add up the music in the story uploading so the people who wants to add music with photo or a video can be possible eaasily. Must do this change and update it soon, people will so happy to use it. Thank you very much.As a user of whatsapp , I have seen one of the new features I.e. poll selection. This feature is not sotzt

Good overall, but stops working occasionally -- the ok button after entering the account number won't work anymore. My workaround is an uninstall/reinstall but it's not really convenient especially if you're in a low bandwidth situation. The same happens with the Personnalite app. Please fix.

Face recognition is terrible and doesn't work, also doesn't provide an alternative solution which is unacceptable. They always say this is for security, but the truth is that they don't care. Edit: The app should ask the user if he wants to use face recognition or validate it at the ATM. The app chooses it for you and locks you with that method. Having unpredictable flow to do the activation leads to an amateur and terrible user experience. In my case, I prefer to activate it at the ATM.

I had a hard time trying to set up my account. Once I had all the data I needed(credit card and password), I found myself fighting the stream of sms messages that culminate after several attempts of leaving the app to check the sms code and coming back. Everytime the screen was reloaded and a new sms was sent. Basically I couldn't leave the app's screen to see the code for when I came back a new code would be sent, rendering the previous one I just saw invalid. I was stuck into the loop.

I've had trouble logging in several times. It just says "We are having stability issues. Please try again". I don't care what's going on with your services, I junt want access to my account. Either way, trying again usually solves nothing.

It used to be a great app, though since last week it started crashing randomly and now I can't even type my password to log in because it crashes automatically when clicking on any one button. Can't even access my iToken to perform online transactions on my computer! It's outrageous that I cannot use the bank services due to a bugged app. Before you ask, my phone is up-to-date and has no pending software updates; all other apps function normally.

Easy app. Way too much paperwork and do not approve credit if your salary is from abroad. So, good for simple transactions. Also, exchange rates are the second worst in Brazil.

Archaic, slow and years behind the competition. Also it's worryingly almost always running in the background accessing stuff like camera, storage, location, etc. Does have decent investment options though. In short: avoid it unless you absolutely cannot use any other bank for whatever you're doing.
