this app sucks and the fact it keeps on asking for your picture supposedly for security reasons giving you no option to verify some other way ... what am I supposed to do in the process of having my picture analyzed? I can't even see how my much money I have available because of the damn picture pending availability. I'll try nubank

Lots of bugs. Terrible experience with marketing messages inside the app. Each day a worst bank experience. Not secure at all.

Besides being slow, there are problems when filling forms, some options don't change the digit formating for cpf or cnpj. The worst developers in the world are the brazilian public severs, which enjoy financial stability, while normal workers aren't able to make a TED because of mediocre errors like digit formating changes.....

Could not create bank account through the app as advertised. App constantly crashes, and is very hard to deal with.

Just assessing as it is as I don't bank elsewhere. Works great for me. Simple, friendly-user, complete, and most importantly secure. That said, please keep improving it.

Just getting error messages all the time. When trying to pay with pix, when trying to pay a bill with the barcode reader and when trying to validate operations through QR code.

I am unable to change language of this app in my android phone .i tried to change through phone settings also .but in this app after installation, language change option is not available .please solve this problem.

I can't access my account with this App, every time I try it doesn't pass through the selfie, I tried several times with different lights, never accepts it. it's just frustrating 😕

This is Brazil's best banking app. Never had any sort of problem or bug with it. The UI is simple and intuitive and one can do quite a lot through it, without ever needing to go to the physical bank. 10/10.

I understand Portuguese is the official language but i still think there should be options for other languages to aid the ease and use of map. Not fully understanding the language hinders the full use of the app.

It used to be an unfriendly user interface, but it got much better. Also, had some instability that seemed to be fixed. From the Brazilian bank apps I have or had, it is the best one.

Sometimes it takes a long time to load a few screens, and I don't know why it's loading (like, going back to the main screen and loading again...) Besides that, it's very convenient and easy to use.

Poor user interface and many useless functionalities that never help. Letters and resolution of the screen too big, so it is difficult to have a clear picture of your daily finances. Also, i blocked one card six months ago and it is still there in the app as mine.

The app is easy to use, intuitive and fast. The only big issue, is when I want to pay using online debit, and can't open the app, cause it always send me to play store app...

I am very frustrated as I cannot increase my limits using this app. My branch doesn't exist in Brazil anymore and after several emails to the customer service I haven't been able to increase my limits yet. No one can help me. I am tired of making international calls. I am VERY disappointed. I don't recommend BB if you travel frequently or if you live abroad.

The app is sleek, modern and offers practically everything I need in banking solutions. The new-look is superb, having improved in many aspects I thought were already cool. Finally, accessing the app with my fingerprint feels nice. Congratulations!

Total incompetence from a company this size.... where do I start? The app usually asks you to install the app you have already installed to make a payment via moip or will ask you to install tablet version even😂. Bar code does not work to make payments etc...im tired of listing the problems. Basically it sucks. Just sign up to Nubank, for the moment anyway they reply asap on the app, it works and does what you need. BB unfortunately does not. The only person i like is my bank manager who actually responds to emails quickly and efficiently.

The app decided to create safety barriers that prevented me from using the services previously used without any issues. It is frustrating when you need to make a simple transfer, and the app asks you do write letters, include this and that, send it by email, and with some luck, you get a response the same day. It is a shame. Very poor service. I gave it 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.
