App works to certain point what's really bad that gives options to wire money using MoneyGram but doesn't work and hasn't ever worked. It doesn't allow to send money to the USA anymore.

Vueltas sin solucion a mi favor. I tried opening a credit acount. App gave me a message that i had been denied, went to an agent, said i shouldn't have applied on the app because it causes problems now i have to wait 2-3 months to "try again". Thanks to this app i have been denied. Not because of my credit history but because of this app. Pecima app muchos problemas que ni los empleados saben como usar o explicar mi caso.Solo vueltas y sin solucion a mi favor.Por confiar en esta app negativo :'(

I am beyond satisfied with the app. I can deposit money, pay online, transfer to bank accts.phone numbers!.debit/credit cards, and more! I can even cash wire transfers from moneygram, western union, etc. Thus far, the best of its kind.

I like it. Been a customer service since 2019 and thru all those years I stop worrying about the hassle of chasing my wire transactions from USA. This bank has a way to deposit your own wireless money from many well known companies like Western Union, Sigue Corporation. And many more just with having your transaction receivers pin number to deposit in bank account. Very easy to use never had a problem. Just in people in general at a local bank. That's another story. For another day.

One of the easiest and best app to get things done( make payments , transfer $ to different bank accounts and cards , good retirement plans , credits according to your history plan within the institution , payment plans according your stability ). Very well recommended.!!!

Soundly disappeared more than $30,300.00 from my account and when I requested a clarification they told that was a mistake from them, that they put that money into my account for mistake and they are just taking it back, but this isn't true, because I can see in the statement that I put that money on March and I moved from one of my accounts to another on April and then soundly disappeared on May.

Just didn't like the fact that someone else can login to your account with a "login4j" software account and modify your settings. Haven't seen anything that shows withdraws out of my account yet but yes the modifications suck when that's not how you set it up...damn hackers...

Tried to open my new account with the app but keeps giving me error messages. Can't open, says: algo salio mal. It asks me to come in to their location. However the whole point of the app is because I don't want to go to a location. 1 star from me.

Una application que facilita consulta de movimientos y saldos. Aun mejor la facilidad de pagar servicios y transferir dinero atravez de PayPal. Resulta en menos estress! Love this app, makes it easy to check your purchases and withdrawals. Even better the fact that I can pay my bills online and transfer funds from my PayPal account. Stress reliever!

One doesn't have complete control of the app. It is controlled by the developer. But it does provide you with financial services right at your fingtips, which include but are not limited to. Money wires Deposits Withdrawls Currency exchange service And their locations are open all year long. Even on Sundays and holidays. Convenient at most.

When transferring between banks, the verification system does not work. Incorrect CVV message whether you are using the physical card or the automated eCard. I was informed by the tecs to clear the cache and update the app. Cache cleared and no updates on Google app store. I still cannot transfer my funds.

It is a very good app to make invest, and makes payments, using your mobile telephone through a fully security system. I always used it, and the last month I received a interest earned on temporary investment and you always have available the money. The bank Azteca has the more high interest rates. It's very easy to use.

It's very easy to use it's probably one of the best , but I can't say that about the customer service it's awful they take a long time answering a question when they know the customer is right they go around and around the problem asking things they already know so they can prolong the process . They wont admit it either.

This app is extremely user friendly and easy to user - even for me a non-native Spanish speaker. It was also extremely easy to open an account using the app with just my CURP. I did, however, have to go into the physical bank location to get a plastic debit card. Also of note, there is a feature to switch the plastic debit card on or off inside the app which a great feature of you lose your card, but the app defaulted to OFF and it took me a moment to figure out why my debit card would not work.
