I have been tryimg to update this app it seems like its not optiomal yet whem you press update its telling me tjat another app is blocking the now nothing works wrong time i am trying to psy bills and not able app if something is working leave it alone.

No way to obtain support from within the app. Major service provider dissaperared without notice or explanation taking payment history with it. Biometric login not working.

A must bank app! I use it daily! Great interface, intuitive , easy to use! Support for paying a lot of third-party companies. Yappy payments effortless! Full recommeded!

Not as friendly as they project. I have tried to place my ID and it doesn't capture the image. tried few times and nothing different surface and nothing.

I like the app but I don't know why you keep letting me with advertisements for a service that I'm obviously already using. None of us go to this app looking for advertisements but rather for service. The advertisements interfere with service and it is very annoying

La mejor app de banca en línea de Panamá. Le doy 2 estrellas porque últimamente ya parece aliexpress enviando notificaciones de "promociones" a cada rato. Señores, yo quiero banca en línea. A mi no me interesan todas esas porquerías de promociones. / The best online banking app in Panama. I'm giving it 2 stars because as of late, it behaves like the aliexpress app, sending "promo" notifications multiple times per day. I want online banking. I don't care about lame promos.

This app has a problem with the camera on Samsung phones. I tried for several hours to create an account, with no luck on my A72. It would never accept the picture of my cedula. I tried for an hour using an old A12 we had at the house. No luck. I then borrowed my wife's phone, a Motorola, and it worked as it should have on the second try.

Useless.. UPDATE: Now it works. After 6 years, I gave another try and now it works. Takes a little while to get used to if you are used to use the website, but at least where things are arranged in the app make more sense than in the website and you can make transactions now (6 years ago you could only see your account balance).

Love the app! Only one problem. I have had 3 new phones and every time the fingerprint access works only for a few times and the it stops working. Now I have 2 phones (iOS and Android). Same problem. Besides this. The whole system works out perfectly. This is a very well designed banking application.

Since the last update, biometric information is now required to use the app. There is no option to opt out of this feature, which goes against every international Personal Data Protection Guideline

They require you to add biometric authentication and you don't have the option to not do it. It should be user's decision if they want biometric info stored by the bank; and if you read the Privacy Policy it even mentions that third party companies can use that information which is scary

DO NOT INSTALL... THERE IS NO OPTION TO OPT OUT OF SIGNING IN WITHOUT BIOMETRICS...THEY LITERALLY FORCE YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR BIOMETRICS 8F YOU WANT TO USE THE APP.

Would give this app 5 stars if it allowed for the interface to change language. I speak a little Spanish, but would prefer to see my interface in English. I'm sure you can include that in the next update

They introduced a facial scan and it's not optional, no consent asked for and none was given. now I can't access my app or transfer to a third party without fulfilling this new intrusive feature.

Ever since a new update came requiring me to add face ID, it has stopped me from using the app altogether because I can't get past the configuration screen. My phone doesn't have face ID natively. Only has fingerprint reader. The app simply does nothing, I put my face inside the marked space, yet it does nothing. Nothing at all. If this keep going, I might have to switch banks because of this app.
