This is the worst banking app that I've ever used. I cannot even get to the main screen because of that god-damned application error msg and you came up with the great idea of integrating your marvellous app with Codigo Bac. You're really stupid.

This app sucks, gives me errors all the time "verify your Internet connection" when I have 20 mbps to use and I am not even one meter away from my router. Fix it!!!

Easy and quick to use. If you would only add the option to complete UNI transfers through the app, it would make it better.

Over a month now it is giving me communication error and showing up as the app is updating. It's been a bother. Can you get it fix as soon as possible, please.

Since last update I have not been able to open the app. It prompts a message saying it has a bug and therefore it crashes.

Great app, super useful, some issues when doing transfers to other banks, and It will be great to know what are the limits for transfers and daily transfers as well

Love this app, so easy to use. Been using it for several years and really has not dissapointed me. Only recently it would open and immendiately close but this was also happening with others apps too and I only had to reinstall the app for the issue to be fixed! :)

Super easy to use! The best checking and savings account user interface I've experienced in Costa Rica. Transfers are easy and cheap between banks. Bill pay is quick and efficient using favorites. Thanks BAC San Jose. Great app!

This is the only app that stays running in the background despite closing the app, it also starts when the phone boots. I hate it because there is always a notification saying this app is active

Animations suck! Too slooooowww, it used to be a great app, but the start up animations for this the token app take way way too long, and I have the fastest phone around using the latest Android and the latest app version

The app has been crashing horribly! I have to try it multiple times to get it to work. Not sure if an update took place but it has become increasingly buggy ñ.

Always active app (draining mobile battery) after getting a notification (not any other functionality). Android 13 is the one warning about this app consuming more battery (and that's the only one with this issue, is not the phone configuration)

The app does not open after it is installed. It worked fine for a year and then quit a month ago and has not worked since. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it without success. Very frustrating. Update - I followed your advice and now it is up and running again. Thanks for the help!

Frustrating. Went to the bank 3 times this week to resolve issues with the app. It keeps telling me there is a connection problem. Had to uninstall the app. Came back, tried to pay some bills. It sent me to Banca Movil. Banca Movil gave me a code which did not work. The app ended up telling me to communicate with customer service via WhatsApp. I don't trust WhatsApp with bank information, therefore, I will make another trip to the bank tomorrow. Extremadamente frustrante.

Sep 4, 2021 app crashing or prompting "try again". Already cleared data, etc. Sucursalelectronica . com option "can't be reached". Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same issue. Seriously? On mid day Saturday? Instead of midnight system updates? Get it together and quickly!

Good application, easy to use but it needs a very good internet, with my mobile It is usual to receive a connection error, even if I have a wifi or mobile connection active. Sometimes I cannot access because of that error but any other application works with the same connection- Solved Un-installing and installing again.. Update: Problem persist, after some time I have to reinstall this app because of this connection problem.

This aplication present battery issues whenever its not in use, also it have permision not needed 1. This app does not need to access contacts (find account, read contacts,modify contacts) 2. It does not need to access storage (modify or delete, read location from media collection 3. On other capabilities it does need access to: run at startup, it does need to control vibration, any Bluetooth access, connect or disconnect Wi-Fi Devices, it does need to vie Wi-Fi connection

App keeps draining my battery and working in the background, even after logging out. And it keeps working in the background and I have to manually stop the app every single time I open it. And even after I manually stop it, I get notifications from my phone saying that I need to put the app in deep sleep mode because it's draining my battery and because it keeps crashing and getting errors. Please update the app to fix these issues asap!

I keep getting adds on this app. Thing is the 3rd time I write the review and keeps getting deleted. I do NOT want it running in the background, I do NOT want to use it to pay and I do NOT want to just disable the notification (so it keeps running but without telling me?) Update: I completed the survey as requested by the developer on the below comment. No response, zero, nada.
