With this application you will be able to engage in the treatment and prevention of diseases of the back and neck at home. Exercises will help get rid of back pain and strengthen muscles to support the spine.
The application contains a set of complete workouts:
- lower back workouts;
- thoracic spine workouts;
- neck workouts;
- post op and fracture recovery workouts;
- stretching workouts;
- morning exercise;

The application contains more than 100 exercises for the development and strengthening of the muscles of the back, abdomen, shoulder girdle, legs, buttocks and neck. Performing these complexes will ensure your back health and posture correction.

Each exercise has a video instruction and a detailed description of the technique.

I cannot get down on floor easily unless I fall (severe vertigo). Getting up is very difficult so I do the exercises on my bed. You can unselect the exercises you can't do now and there are many more unselect in each category that you can select to add to your routine. It's nice that you can modify rest times between exercises and repetitions, and turn off that annoying bell and other options.

I love this app!! I started using it in 2020 when I was experiencing really bad back pain. It helped me to ease the pain and to strengthen my back/core. I was able to increase my physical activity really quickly actually. After sustaining an injury and not being able to be so active, my back is fussy again but this app is there for me again and I'm so grateful! The preset workouts are great and I've got a couple of my own. Ads aren't particularly intrusive either. Can't recommend highly enough!

Loving this app so far. Downloaded it about a month ago. It's a great app for beginners, there are different categories, different exercises, explanations for each exercise. I like that you can also set a reminder to exercise. And the thing I ABSOLUTELY LOVE is you can make your own workout!!! You can pick and choose which exercises you want and create your own workout!!!

Fantastic! I can add, change and adjust exercises according to my ability, and there is a written description of each exercise, plus a timed voice, guiding me through each exercise, telling me when to start, change sides and stop. There's also a video of someone performing each exercise, so they're very easy to follow! The app is free - adds can be removed, but they're not invasive. A very good app with exercises that work if you persevere with them.

Good app; it really did help with my back pain. The exercises are well explained and with perfect visual aids. There are some customization options and you can create your own exercise regiments. The only two nitpicks I have are not being able to set the length of the rest intervals, and losing the app sound if I send the app to run in the background or with a locked screen.

Its OK. Good exercises that do help with back pain. Very noisy app. No settings, so no way to disable sounds or change sounds. Lots of metronome sounds, bells, dings, etc. Most Irritating. No optional soothing music, or allow users to choose own, while exercising, which helps when in pain, and relaxes when not.

I love this app, just what I was looking for. Been suffering with a bad back pain but mostly sciatica, for a few months now and it already feels like it's helping. I think I could probably have carried on using the fre version but I was so impressed I thought I'd go Ad free. The excercises that my physio suggested are all here so I can make a routine to match. Plus I can add some light stretches to start the day off. I'd recommend this app for anyone with back pain/sciatica without hesitation.

Helping my back & also like way I can add a tailored workout, if like now I want to aim for extra somewhere. Back when I started was bad & finding exercises to help improve it whilst not causing more problems was amazing x

this app has helped me go through back pain and learn to strengthen my back even when I didnt want to. I have yet to try the stronger back exercises as I am still trying to work my way up to it so I can lessen or even negate all my back pain entirely but it's actually a great app. highly recommend

I can feel the difference in my back for strengthening my core. This app has the best exercises for a better you. Besides that you can read to be sure you are doing the exercises correctly. You also can set the timer for each exercise.

This is the best app i have found so far for anyone with major back issues!!! I was diagnosed with scoliosis at 10 and had a full thoratic and lumbar fusion of my spine only my neck and hips move and these exercises are great you can even pick your favorites and make your own work out hands down my favorite app for pain!!! Super helpfull! I definitely recomend this.

Good exercises and they do help. Only thing is I wish there was a voice guiding. It is difficult to watch the phone and do the exercises. With the dings, it is sometimes hard to follow the length of time to hold a position & when to end it without vocal cues!

I have massive back pain from multiple car accidents and other injuries. I did the morning exercises just a bit ago, and I'm pleased so far. I was able to do 15/16 of the routine without much pain at all. There are very clear written instructions for each exercise, and several second gifs of someone showing the full move multiple times so you can get the hang of it before you have to start. There are exercises to strengthen your back or just to relieve pain as well as several for high damage.

I love this app! I have a rare tissue connectivity disorder that makes exercise excruciating at times. Use this app to stretch prior to my work out has been life changing! Lucky for me, several of the exercises in this app can be easily adapted to be like the exercises my chiropractor gives me. When I don't use this app, my body is so still.

Great to add your own physical therapy, it would be nice that you can select the order in which they are performed. Also there are some exercises that are not in the app but can be modified. Some of my exercises need a hold time but I did not see the option to modify that. Overall it is a great app so far

I waited a week to write this review after five days of excerise. I have nerve damage after an accident a few years ago. I have been going to a chiropractor for two years- I can finally move again not recovered. Five days of this app in the morning I have noticied a change in movements during the day. You can create your own lists or use existing ones between stretches to full strength excercises. This is an amazing app.

I have had spinal fusion in the low back my jaw broke two times, so neck problems, herniated and bulging discs up and down the spine. The chiropractor ends up causing more pain. The physical therapy costs a lot of money at the end of the day and when you're done you never continue doing the exercises. Finally this works great if you do the exercises just pick one, they really work !!!

My back pain got so bad that after a 30 min rest in bed yesterday I stiffened up so much I couldn't stand up. After ice and meds, I still had to use a walker to get to the bathroom. I couldn't sleep and so I downloaded this app, and I could do the entire (except 1 exercise) workout for severe pain from bed. I can already feel it helping. Ill update this review after using it for a while. UPDATE: this app is great but after a week I decided not to subscribe. I'd like to see a larger library.

Simple to use, self-explanantory and the fastest work you can do. It was sobering to hear my chiropractor explain how few people actually took advantage of these simple stretches. It is everything we need to help the doctor help us. We can't expect medical professionals to patch us up if we don't do our part, and this app is the easiest way to do what is required of us.
