This app is incredible frustrating. My wife and I both downloaded it on our phones and share the account. When the app says saved (feed, diaper, or sleep) IT DOESN'T!!! My wife logged sleeps, feeds, and diaper changes. I logged in to see the history and it didn't safe the information. Absolutely useless. Trying to log info while a baby is... well, doing what a baby does - wiggling and crying, for it not to save the information is disappointing. 1/10 would NOT recommend.

I liked this for six months, but the latest update borked the app. It's now far slower than any other app on my phone and does this odd thing where it refreshes when I try to scroll down. It takes me twice as long to do everything in the app. I'm uninstalling because it's gotten really annoying. Also, there's no way to sync it between multiple phones, which makes it really hard to communicate when my baby is being babysat. I have a Note 20 ultra, so it's not like this is a low end phone.

First time mother and I love this app. Only a couple things I'd add. 1. Bath time schedule. 2. A complete time-line of all feedings, dipar, sleep times medications, Etc. 3. When the timer is going for breastfeeding, have it show up in the notification bar with an easy stop and save button. ( A lot of times I forget to go back and click stop and save with the app) 4. Daily reminder log/notifications. I use it daily to help keep track of my little one, love it every much!

Loved this app up until a couple of days ago, I am big on the face a day tracking and it erased some photos all the way back to June 30, 2019 and now when I try and load them back on and even other photos, it gets stuck and a loading sign is up but then it freezes, now I can't even open the app at all. Please restore this app so that it is working again, thank you...

Sync occasionally loses data If you're logged in on more than one device, occasionally entries don't get backed up correctly, and worse, they apparently get overwritten by entries from the other devices. At first I thought I was imagining it, but I recently lost 11 hours' worth of inputs and witnessed the entries disappearing on the phone I entered them on Edit: the response is totally unhelpful. I knowdthis is how it works generally, but sometimes it just fail.

Overall, this is a great app for parents of newborn babies. Hard to believe that it's free. It would be even better if the following features were added: 1) sharing data across multiple phones, so that I can check how long ago diaper was changed without having to ask my wife for her phone, and 2) bar chart for sleep schedules so that one doesn't have to manually add all sleep periods in a day. I would gladly pay a few euros for these features.

This is an extremely helpful and nifty app! I especially love the option to take a photo of my baby every single day, and then turn it into a time-lapse video at the end of the year. Oh, and the white noise/lullaby playlists! ❤ We literally listen to the fan/car ride noises all night, every night... and it helps her stay asleep! As a first-time-mom, I enjoy how simple and user-friendly it is to log everything. The ability to document her growth and weight changes, doctors appointments, vaccines, medications... even sync up dates and appointments with my phone's calendar, manage notes, and write down questions I want to ask her doctor at the next appointment before I forget! I mean, really... I believe the only thing I would like to see added would be the option to log liquid intakes that are not formula or breast milk. Such as broth when they are sick, or juice and water, etc. I would just like to be able to log literally anything that goes into my baby's tummy. Also, if I had the option to log spit-up or something like that so I could keep a full record of all intake and output in her body. But these are small "issues" and I can work around things and log them in different and creative ways to kinda make it reflect what I need it to. Otherwise, this app is perfect. And it's free! Most apps I came across were mediocre at best, AND I had to pay for them. So this one is just awesome. I am SO pleased with everything it offers!

It's a very informative app. However, I've experienced multiple occasions where information will delete for the day or even days of log entries will be deleted. It's very disappointing because I'll have to re-log everything. The main reason why I'm keeping it is because of the face a day option, but at this rate, if it deletes my entries one more time,I will be deleting it. The "backup doesn't even really work because I'll log out of the app and log back in, and the entries will still be gone.

the app is great but the are some features that would make it amazing. the sleep figures sometimes are hard to read because of the breaks in the time are similar to waking breaks. there should also be a way to have a figure with everything on it (food, diapers, sleep) with different colors. also it would be great to adjust the time so that it doesn't reset at midnight but rather at 7am or whenever the baby schedule is. mainly clarity in figure will go a long way

I love being able to easily and simply track feedings, diapers, pumping expression, and sleeping, as well as other important things such as growth. The nursing timer is a must for all breastfeeding mamas! At a glance on the home page of the app, I can see how long it was since the last fill-in-the-blank, and it really helps me be able to predict when babygirl is going to need to be fed, or is likely to sleep, etc. Also, all of this shows in a graph for those of us that prefer graphs.

When I first started using the app it was great! I really like the graphing as I was concerned about my daughters weight, so I was monitoring her curve. I accessed my app today after her doctor appt to find ALL her weights gone, including her birth information. Her height data is still in there (except birth), but what I cared about most is gone. When it worked , I liked the app, but now I'm less impressed.

I love this app, very easy to navigate and add Feed, diaper changes, sleeping times, also have a diary section. The only one thing that is not really functioning is the photo apps, u can only add one pic at a time in face a day and sometimes the photo didn't upload right. Milestones pictures won't load, so basically everything with pictures upload and save, the app doesn't function well, crashes while loading or not loading n saving pictures at all. Only can add 3 children, wish to add more

I use this app daily, i like that I can track feedings, diapers, and sleep, even Mom's weight and I also like the article's it gives. What I don't like is the age tracker, he was born on a Friday, it only updates the age of weeks on Sunday. I also don't like that I've set my measurements to certain settings and they return to the default settings constantly. For example, when charting expression I have it set to oz and it constantly resets back to ml.

Overall a great way to track baby's routine. There are glitches, though. For example, if my husband and I make an entry or edit an entry (like baby wakes up from a nap) on our separate phones on the same account, it malfunctions and basically erases the entry or doesn't save the new one.

i love this app. it helps with feedings, diaper changes, sleep patterns, etc. and highly recommend it. but recently all of my data disappeared and when I reached out they said they put it all back and then it kept automatically crashing. this is very sad and upsetting because i love this app. They have helped get my app to work again and I am so very thrilled and happy. the creators and tech support thank you for everything.

Very helpful for keeping track of feedings and diaper changes. I would have given it 5 stars but the app does not sync when you use it with other phones. My husband and I both use it so we installed on his phone. When he enters data it does not save on my phone and at times has deleted entries. Very disappointing. You would think they could figure this out. Other than that, very helpful.

I love the app. It's incredibly useful and easy to navigate. However, it seems that the function for leaving feedback on the app is broken. When you select the feedback or contact us option, it opens an email window. It pulls information into the email from the app to make it easy to provide needed information, but it doesn't fill to address you should send the email to. As far as I can tell, that address isn't listed anywhere in the app. How are you supposed to leave feedback then?

I want to love this app and if it had independent logins for my partner and I it would be a 5 star review. BUT we've lost data too many times now due to faulty syncing between our devices and the app. We both force closeout the app when not actively tracking but it didn't help. Most recently we lost 3 days worth of entries because my app wouldn't sync and when it did it over wrought everything my partner had tracked with blank.

This app, completely pisses me off entirely, not only does it randomly turn off the white noise or suddenly just stops opening, but the main issue I have is using the white noise, don't get me wrong my baby absolutely loves the white noise and it helps but it's annoying that it turns off the white noise when I'm trying to also use my phone, or it just suddenly shuts off and my child wakes up, this is an issue that needs to be fixed, I'm sick and tired of it because it's a great app in other ways

I've used this app for 6 months & last week for some reason I opened the app & all my data was gone. I was devastated. I hopelessly emailed customer service with absolutely no faith that my data would be restored. Ilaria with customer care responded back promptly and gave me simple instructions while they worked on it. 3 days later (over a weekend) I received another email with simple instructions on how to restore my data. To my surprise, it worked!! I couldn't be happier, A++ to customer care!
