Customers only need to register their identity and verify their identity electronically (e-KYC), they will be able to apply for BAAC Mobile service immediately.

การใช้งานยาก ไม่มีการรองรับการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี ทุกครั้งที่แอพล่ม ติดตั้งแอพอีกครั้ง หรือแอพมีปัญหาต้องติดต่อธนาคารเท่านั้น ในเรื่องความปลอดภัยอาจจะดี แต่ไม่แน่ใจว่าทำมาเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกอย่างไร

แอพล็อก dev mode อีกแล้ว จะอะไรนักหนา IT ไม่มีปัญญาในการป้องกันแอพด้วยการบล็อก USB Debugging / Wireless debugging เหรอ เล่นไปปิด dev mode แบบเหมาเข่งเลยเนี่ย จะอ้างว่าลูกค้าเกษตรกรเยอะ ก็มีวิธีป้องกันอยู่ บอกไปแล้วก็ไม่สนใจ ต้องให้ปิดสลากหนีเหรอ? เฮงซวยมากๆ แถมเรื่องเบอร์ก็ต้องตรงกันอีก คนใช้เบอร์บริษัทไม่ต้องใช้เลยหรือไง จะบ้าตาย

Before June and July 2023, I was using this Bank app as a foreigner without any issues or worries. Presently, I'm unable to use it the installed app as a foreigner. I went to the bank and they said I should wait for another update sooner or later. Now, I'm not trying to judge anyone but they should be aware that foreigners are also using their bank and that should be their worries on how we will feel if we can't access our accounts. Lastly, some of their staffers are not very welcoming.

Foreigners cant open the online app. It's a hassle for us. We went to the bank and they said we have to wait. Theres no notification for us to know before they change the app.

It's difficult to find the way to add / manage Favorites account to pay/transfer. Please make it easy to find. And we can do it in easy way for our business via BAAC APP. Thank you
