One of the worst experiences ever. I tried to log in but it gave me the password is wrong so I changes the password and it was changed successfully but when I tried to log in again it gave me the compination of email and password is invalid. I tried multiple times in different times with the same error.

The worst online shopping experience. They allow other sellers to sell on their app. I received an item that should have 2 years warranty, but it came without a receipt. I contacted their customer service more than 5 times to send me the receipt, but they did nothing. Never use this app.

This application has so much bugs that it literally became unusable, pictures won't load, prices won't display correctly and always glitches, filters doesn't work, the search algorithm is pretty weird. I mean why bother even making an app.

Very slow, unstable application, tried several times to buy online, two times payment didn't get through, getting error msg several times and ended up uninstalling it, even the website is really a pain to deal with or use, I recommend not to install it or use the website even. Very poor technology investment 👎

The worst app ever. Each update is a downgrade to be honest. The customer service on chat ignore ur msgs . Choose area in the city is not working. Each customer service agent say different thing Has to call tons of times and at the end nthg happened at all, I believe the calls I've done costs me more than the order that I was ordering and in the end I didn't receive anything and no one followed up wz me.

Poorly designed app. Difficult to navigate. Amazon or Jumia are alot easier. Why waste time trying to decipher B tech poor app? If you want to dit the search you have to retype. The search results are relevant ti the searched key words. The sorting doesnt work. No filter option.

Response for online credit payment is in json format which makes the transaction success from bank side only , and leads to alot of phone calls for customer support to give me the money back ..

It was the worst shopping experience i ever had, the app doesn't show the real prices, you will pay much more than what you see. Also BTech has the worst customer service and you will keep calling them and following your complaints without any action from them. I received my order with some missing items and i end up paying more than what was showing in the app

After checking through the application for the item I wanted, I've placed the order and everything got on track. But at the end, the day of the supposed arrival, the item didn't come. I waited for another day and nothing, the third day I made a call to the customer service and they told me that my item was simply not available anymore ( sold out) without notification or any previous call to ask me if I wanted to replace it for a similar one, they just ignored me completely.

Very good app but i have problem with it , i cant search on it , it always show me this "We are updating system to make it more useful for you. Please check back later." so could you fix is :) ?

it's not good experience, the app is not operating smoothly and hard to order product and have many bugs. however it has installment payment feature and updated product prices

Terrible service and ever worst app. A total easte of time and money. I wish I never dealt with BTEC. From stores to customer service to even the complaints team. Everything is a disaster.

Just downloaded the app to buy something. The app crashed during payment and now my money is on hold for the next 15 days 😔 very bad first (and last) experience!

Awful! you really have to fix the bugs on your app, it's so frustrating. * lags a lot * when opening another section, the page freezes * it likes all the the appliances by itself * when tapping add to cart for a certain appliance it says not available and sends me message that the appliance I wanted to purchase is already in stock but when I add to cart again the problem still the same. Please, fix your app because it's so frustrating. 😑😩☹️☹️☹️

The app is defected in many ways. But the most frustrating thing is when it breaks and gives an empty page when I try to pay an installment online. It also sucks in filtering and navigating products. It doesnt enable to filter only products of btech not other external sellers. You cannot sort by price. I am an old customer of Btech.. but I hate this app.

The application became unstable since two weeks, and slow as well, moreover it doesn't offer ( cancel pending request ) option, also it doesn't offer ( direct chat ) to help solving the simple problems we may face! Update 7/2024 : The application doesn't complete any online purchase transaction!!!
