Absolutely devastated that this app it doesn't work anymore! The scanner, which is the best thing about the app, no longer works. Rendering the app useless, as you can search for products on their website, if you're lucky. Very sad B&M, this has taken too long to rectify. You had a brilliant USP but you're taking too long to sort this problem out. I can't help but think that this is a deliberate act, as a lot of people talk about this app on the bargain sites on the social media

Very poor. Had and worked a while then didn't scan anything in store which is what I wanted it for. Eventually reinstalled and decided to 'sign up' .... get to the very end and says there are no stores near me (via postcode or location) and there are 3 very local and god knows how many in next towns etc! Useless!

I use this app pretty regularly. I use it for the scanner mostly. Find the price of an item when there's no price on shelves. Also sometimes you can scan a bargain too!! It does loads more too. Sometimes it does have misleading info though. Do not expect every item on the app to be available in all stores!!

Problem rectified and app now working. Not working for the last week. They had changed the iphone app to limit the amount of times you can scan things. On android I currently get a screen asking me to sign up. After completing several setup steps I was asked to search for stores and apparently there are none in my area! I was stood in the middle of one store at the time and there are 5 in my local area!

This app is terribly unreliable, by this I mean it's slow & laggy constantly waiting for product items pics to load then the app crashes, then it kicks you out of the app. It's nothing to do with my internet connection is fine. I previously uninstalled the app then recently installed it again hoping improvements would've been made but unfortunately not, very frustrating and disappointing to say the least!

App stopped working done every troubleshooting still not loading. Try to sign back in or even create an account says no local b&m. There's 2 close by me in my town. I have uninstall and installed 3 times the app. Will not work at all Update-installed the new app its working great except for scanning. Everything you scan says product not recognised. So not happy this isn't working

Good app for scanning items in store and good for browsing stuff to make a list of items before I go in. Sometimes the stock checker says items are in stocks when they are not but I just check when im in store next time. The only problem I have is my saved shopping list is only showing 3 items and I can only see the rest when I fully browse the shopping app.

Absolutely rubbish. Have to sign in every single time. It takes forever to load. You can never check stock for anything as it always says oops cannot check availability. Go to your nearest store. Now it seems like you can only scan 500 items. What's that all about? Is that 500 items per day, week, month, year or a lifetime. Regardless the scanner doesn't work properly anyway. It just spun a little circle round for ages when I tried using it store a few days ago.

Awful app. Lost count how many times I've had to screenshot each item on the app that I want to buy because your shopping list NEVER saves a thing. I mean how difficult can it be to fix this issue. At least 2 years its been like this. Please get it sorted. You'll be losing so much money because folk get so fed up wasting their Time pain stakingly adding to their list only to find it.gone. grrrrr the frustration is real!!!

Having only just discovered this App, I must say, so far, I'm impressed 😇 Lovely clear product pictures & informative descriptions. It's really well produced. It has a small delay loading "product search page" which I suspect may be due to server demand, rather than an App hitch. However, product search results are fast & accurate. B&M is a truly fantastic Store & this App has great potential, whilst bringing my new favourite store to my Smartphone; Great App to browse. Nice work B&M 😁😘

Was a Great app but now has stopped working. The ability to price check items was a game changer as most stores are a little lacking in the price tickets on shelves but unfortunately this app has stopped working. It now means I go to other hardware stores to get items due to not being able to find out prices in store due to the issue of stores having no floor staff at the best of times. However when/if this app starts working again it's a must have app for any b&m customers

App update ,now self scan wont give results everytime even thou items can be found manually, and now have to sign in nearly everytime. Update, 1/7/22, after scrolling down lust it auto goes back to top, doesnt matter if you go slow or quick(gets part way then back to top again), still have to sign in all time,scanner was betterlast night so well see how that part performs.

Updated: Fav list bug fixed, working perfect now. Thanks 👍🏼 Old Review...completely useless app now, not showing any item or price after update, even can't login. old review: Easy to use and can scan barcode and check price too but the bad thing when you put something in your favourite list, it doesn't show there. Please sort this out. It was working perfectly and now I can't see my favourite items. Otherwise 5 star app

This app is amazing! You can see everything that's on offer at B&M, view the manager's pick, find items in categories or brands ,see your nearest store, search for items and find out if they are available at a store near you, scan items in-store to check the price, add anything you want to your shopping list and so much more! This app is so helpful and I would definitely recommend it along with the amazing store itself, where you can find anything you need! Perfect app for a perfect shop.

App used to be so-so, at least you could look up prices of items to compare. However, there appears to have been a change to the app so no you are required to sign up. If you click on "Skip", you can't access anything. If you try to sign up, it gets to step 5 then tells me it can't find any stores in my area - despite the fact that we have *2* in my town! So now, the app is completely useless.

Editing to say previously stated issues have been resolved and the app is back to its great self. It used to be a good app to quickly browse for new items before heading in store and the scanner was good to price match in different stores; but as of recently the entire app is just blank. There's nothing there at all just an empty shell of what once were different categories

Appears to have a bug in the new update! I have always loved the B&M app to either browse and see new items or look up a specific product. However this version will not let me get past page 5/6 on registration, saying it cannot find any stores, even though I can count at least 6 local ones (nearest being in the next town.) If you press 'SKIP' everything is blank. Please please fix this bug!!... a loyal customer!
