Again, Not loading my data abroad. App is opening but no data is loaded, circles keep spinning and then the message says that this service in unavailable.

Please stop sending akart notifications. I don't care about them. But you keep sending them as notifications + sms messages.

Do not use Akart, one day you get SMS that some amount will be take from your account, because we have some problems) After last update, my saved card is gone from the app(( and top up balance in application do not working on the next day, from the different cards.

It doesn't show credit and most of all , I cant pay my credit and it just randomly takes all my monney every time . I'm done with Azercell , I recommend to take Bakcell I use it for 5 years now , really recommend!!!

It's actually very helpful app, easier to use and all the information related to internet package, call rate balance of your account etc are in the same app.

Nice app but doesn't provide a functionality (or at least I could not find it) to stop your current plan before switching to another one. It charges right away for current plan after refilling balance

The new design is ok but not the best. The main issue is it keeps crashing lately which wasn't a problem in the old app. I'd have preferred you guys to test it properly before releasing it.

Hi Dear Azercell Team When opening and using the application, telco is written next to each word. I think there is a bug, I would be happy if you fix it. and I have the same problem when using it in other languages. Thanks Azercell Company

Good app, however compared to bakcell, the app constantly kicks you out from account and launches slowly. Another thing - there is no ability to manage call forwarding, so I had to switch to web based version.

Did have some problem with registering. However, after contacting Azercell Customer Servise (via email), the issue is resolved, by providing personal information (name, ID, etc.) and registering in global Azercell network (still wonder why the sim card seller/dealer didn't complete this task). First impression is positive. 5 stars, and hope no problems anymore.

I was logged out after the new update. Then couldn't set a new password no matter how many times I tried. It keeps telling new password doesn't match new password policy. The policy is "password should be at least 6 characters long and include letters and numbers". You either need to be more specific or fix bugs in your app.

Useless UI changes every time. Instead of redesigning the app every two months, do something useful. Changing the app name to "Kabinetim" was the worst decision; everyone searches for "Azercell" to find the app on the phone. Now that you have made a great decision to name it "Kabinetim," it just makes it inconvenient.

I have been to many countries but literally I have never seen such a pathetic sim service. Ig you wanna talk to them in the app via customer support option it will take more than 1 hour... looks like there's only 1 guy who's dealing with all the customer... that's why he is taking so long. And then my sim card was blocked even after I did top up. I would never recommend this to any tourist.

No one likes forced updates. And whose idea was it to protect this app with a pin code or touch id? What's there to protect, honestly? Upd: every (!) update is a forced update. Why?!

Payments from outside the country stopped working. I used it regularly to top-up my relative's number.
