The app is awesome and I appreciate it but since I open the app and try to register and subscribe as it recommend most of the users, it tells me that the smartcard number I used has already been accessed by another user. The problem is why one to more user of the same house cannot use the same smartcard number to access the service available in the app. It wil be better if you will try to resolve this problem so that we can experience the better entertainment and refreshment of your services.

Very poor app it always says something went wrong try again later. It's like developers have stopped working on it, you can't watch something without it pausing for some seconds no matter how stronger the internet is, you can't watch a channel without the app pausing the video.

I experience the following issue with this app. 1. I am paying two times for smartcard alone and inorder to use this app I should also subscribe separately for another package for app use. 2. Live sport tv channel has always scrambled and most of the time Those chanell experiencing error problem. As you sometimes we have to subscribe to watch match live through apps but most of the time chanells fails. What I recommend is better to close this app or else be serious with the business,.

I had previously requested on your WhatsApp page to kindly add a catch up option so as someone can watch the missed episodes, but up until now there's no feedback on that... Please consider this option so as even busy people can still catch on their favorite series when they are able to in their free time.. I hope you will take this into consideration.

Its boring i connect with my kisimbuz and does not include azam one and azam two its full of football channel I dislike this

One among the "Selfish" and shows "scrambled picture" even though your using a strong/powerful internet coverage .Its "selfish" because only one smartphone can access a single account. Compared to Netflix and DStv apps give access to a single account more than four users.Therefore some issues required to be fixed to make it enjoyable again to the families☹️👎

My phone was lost so i used my new one to sign up I remembered the password alright but after signing up they say incorrect credentials..i was sent an OTP and changed the password after writing the new one again incorrect credentials.. azamtv max app are you really serious with business i just paid a weekly subscription what us the meaning of a sign up if it is there

It's a good app I get to watch the TV shows when am not at home. Easily on my phone . I give it a 3 star because first of it doesn't have all the channels like mbc2 , mbc3 etc . Second I dont have an option of recording it to watch later and when I pause when I resume it doesn't continue where I ended. Please update and fix these things

The App has improved so far and good to use. Please add an option for selecting video quality when streaming live games (football). Right now the quality of videos vary and causes much data to be used. For example I use 2+GB just for 45mins of a football match which means I need 4GB of data to watch a single LIVE match, this is not ideal so please fix it in your other updates. Other apps allow you to select video quality and I know you can do that too.

One of the poorest streaming app to have in my phone. I am not sure whether the developer is paid or does it for free. It is always buffering such that you cannot enjoy the content. Only a lunatic would pay for app.

This thing is getting on my neck... Keeps asking me for an app subscription and I have a card fully subscribed and fully paid. Where do I tell my app is linked to my card..... So lame!! Internet connection appears to be offline.. What a heck is that!! And besides, I cant watch any show, because it tells me I am not connected, my Internet connection is slow? I can watch live football on dstv app without interruption..... It sucks! Worst App ever!

That's good App . But may you add CHEWA on your App's Subtitles please. There's only English and Swahili unlike on Decoder where you include CHEWA

It has been a pleasure using the app to watch Tanzanian premier league as I could not watch the matches while abroad. However, after my first month subscription has expired, I can no longer pay/subscribe for another month. It's sad that I'm going to miss some important football matches which I expected to watch on the app.
