I'm genuinely pissed off because of the Spotify paket. Half of the time it doesn't even work! So I just wasted my money for NOTHING. I mean yea its just a few, but this needs to be fixed. Especially if someone just wants to listen to music without spending it on other things too. And by not working I actually meant it. Half of the time whenever I buy it and went to Spotify it don't work.. like it's on offline mode, and my money is all wasted, i have more to say but..500 limit letters for reviews

The misleading data package. The sudden missing cheaper data package which I just saw few minutes ago. The slow loading and response of data information. The part where you M U S T have main data in order to use the other bonus data, or else it'll become useless. This app have really changed 180 for the past years

the app is UNUSABLE. when i updated, it detected someone else's number, so it doesn't sync with my actual balance and data plan. other than that, the app doesn't work at all and the menus doesn't even show up. please fix this or i'm moving to another provider (not that you guys even care, but whatever).

The app: - Won't let me turn off annoying notifications/Ads, it keeps bringing me back to notifications settings everytime i used it. -Too much useless feature in it, i mean who tf need "kata axis" in your provider app? What's the point of that? Waste of space. The service: - Ads, it won't stop with the app, they will also disturb you with sms they sent everyday. - It used to be best value for money. - Reward system is getting worse, reduced the amount and expensive to obtain it.

The system server is really bad. This app is always stopped in my device, idk why. I have to re-login for many times and it doesn't work at all. Also, it takes so long time to purchase the data package. This makes me frustrated. The previous version is so much better than this. Please, improve and fix this app. Can't wait to see the improvement.

The apps is just frustrating! It doesn't load the information automatically. Sometimes, I need to bought an internet package like 10 times until it successful. And somehow it's always force closed even if I'm just wanna try to see the remaining packages. I should reinstall it to fix the problem. It's sounds like easy solution, but if I should reinstall the apps every time it get problematic, then you failed to even try to giving the best user experience for your customers.

I have been using this application since 2018, until now I feel that this application is even more uncomfortable to use, the UI in my opinion is getting tacky and unsightly, and there are bugs like everytime i purchase a packages there is always a notification that appears repeatedly. My suggestion is that instead of making new features, it's better to fix the UI and UX first, the application has mostly new features but does not provide comfort when using the application. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!

Warnet unlimited, , app internet packages too and other things that changed. Wish i can rate this below 1, this app is just for regular package with bonus when activate package and recharge, that's it.

The interface of this app is actually pretty appealing, it's a shame the system is not as good. The "paket" section is very misleading, whenever I click the 30 Days option, it always show the one most expensive item, but when you click the overall internet option, it shows there are multiple items to choose. The app also keeps logging me out for no reason. It's very time consuming, please fix this. Thank you.

bad apps, can't login without otp sms number. And it takes long time to get otp, and often didn't get otp number sigh. It should be done used single sign on gmail in example, so easy use, easy to manage.

The app have no means to disable specific (promo/marketing) notification. And when i completely revoke the notification permission altogether, it kept asking me for notification permission whenever i try to do something in the app. This is so annoying. Give your users a means to specify what kind of notification they wanted to recieve.

Logging in is always difficult, especially as I've been using this as modem since live.on period. It gets annoying when you need to get sms verification everytime you need to purchase data packet every month. Meaning I have to switch the sim to a mobile phone just to be able to read the sms. Stupid system, making it hard for people who wants to make a purchase.

Bad user experience. As a user I dont know whether the state of my order is in process or not. Making me spent money I dont have to, since a couple of time having double or triple order. The order history does not updated if the transaction in process, so as a user I thought the transaction doesn't processed. Up until it actually succeed, only then shown in history. Really bad!!!
