The experience of mine about mutual funds is market has grown by 3 fold,,(3X) since 2021 it has delivered 20% and when market take small negative deep it's been down by 20,% over night. I didn't understand this logic.

Worest service. I am investing sip. But issues is faced. Don't use this app. Customer care service is worest service. My problem is not resolved mutual funds.

while payment selection of mode not in highlighted so not user friendly. Also while UPI payment directed to app but not asking UPI id hence we have cancel payment and again and again try...in sort not user convenience

The reporting system is misleading and does not give you details or breakdown as per how your individual investments are doing. I have even requested the details with the relationship manager but the same reports are being given. Even after bull run the performance of the portfolio is not up to mark.

Work too slow, even if logged in , it will show to login. Multiple bugs... need to be resolved... being a financial app, it should be bug free.

this app is way too much nagging. Buy buttons are large and Reedem option is very small and hard to find. Ome has to always answer unwanted questions everytime you redeem which is a loss of time and resource.

Pathetic app , will never be updated and will book losses iam a customer last 2 years and complaing so many times. Motilal oswal is 100 times better app and service. Finally shifting the account moreover they can't transfer shares from one tomother Dmat also.

After few months experience i find that this is a worst app because it doesn't open on clicking and it takes almost 1 minutes to get opened that too not sure of opening

Getting crashed.. Mine is not rooted device. I couldn't find developer option.. It is really sucks. Till now it's not working properly and getting crashed immediately.. Last update 12.04.2024 I wrote and send screenshot and videos. They can't do anything.. May be you released beta versions? Pls let me know in that u need to send me previous non beta version.. Then only i can access...written many mails.. No proper reply... nothing working.. Useless support..

I have been an investor since 4 years with axis MF. However since last few weeks I am unable to access my account either via mobile application or via website. I do get the OTP but nothing happens after entering the OTP. An error appears consistently as follows: "Session expired. Please login again". And the screen goes back to the login page. Please help me on an urgent basis. I have already raised a complaint via email.

Interface is nice. But there is a bug in the app. After logging in if we go to view portfolio & then click menu button. Then if we resume application, it goes to infinite loop if we click back, between two screens - Before login screen & inside view portfolio screen. Please check
