One of the most annoying app, very slow to login and navigate and recent issue is, if im connected to wifi, I cant login, till few days back it was fine and now everytime i have to login and i need to switch to mobile data to login, the developers need to look into this ASAP.

Worst application. After update, none of pages are opening and always showing error. Why don't you perform proper testing before releasing the updated versions. Is this a joke for such a big bank? Credit card, investment nothing is working. App is not responding after update Very pathethic.

It is getting stuck wherever I do click after login successfully. It is happening from few months, I thought it's for now but seems it is an issue to be resolved. Axis IT Team, Please get this bug/issue resolved at earliest to avoid customer suffer with it continuously.

my recent experiences with their app and credit card services have been incredibly disappointing. Despite maintaining a good credit score and having a monthly salary that exceeds my current credit card limit, the bank have to increase my credit limit. The Axis Bank app is another source of frustration. It is cumbersome to navigate and often crashes, making it difficult to manage my finances efficiently. The lack of a straightforward process to request a credit limit increase.

Now a days app is very bad.. If credit option is clicked it's taking so much time have to close and reopen to see credit card menu. Showing emi document showing downloaded but no such file downloaded on mobile. Really disappointed with new updated verson.

The app timesout before the payment gateway returns with a response. Causes a lot of followon problems as the payment is not recognised. Tapping on credit card option puts the app into an infinite loop. I have the latest version.

Due to network or some other problem, unable to share payment receipt/ transaction details to the beneficiary. Kindly provide an option to get screenshot or to get transaction receipt, anytime we want it. As well, when you click on the particular transaction, there should be an option to get the transaction details/payment receipt. This feature is available in other banks of mobile banking .

New update has messed up the app The app has become slow and clunky, it's a classic case of form over function. Looks like in an attempt to make the app interface cleaner, designers has sacrificed functionality. Now you need more clicks and typing to achieve same thing, paired with slow speed that is indeed a painful experience.

It stops working time to time. Stopped working again. The login portal takes forever to load and then display 'session timed out' Earlier it was working fine, I've tried reinstalling it, but that didn't work. Not a very good experience anymore.

I use this app with credit credit card since two years. But after account activation, account number not show in this app. I uninstall the app again again. Finaly problem solved. Good app. Very easy access. Good banking services. Sim card change frequently ask. Why Authentication required frequently

Pathetic customer service. I have been trying to contact them since 3 days for a wrongful transaction but no one bothered to answer. But when they have to meet their sales target at the end of month they'll bombard you with spam calls. I don't see the point of having a customer care feature on the app when you don't plan to attend to the customers.

Among other bank apps i liked axis bank app UI. But there are glitches which is not at all addressing.. Loan page is showing 'techical error' i have seen this since months. Even customer care is not having any idea about the issue. Reinstalled the app, cleared data and nothing is working. Technical team is not resolving it.. If we google it or youtube it we can see many are facing thr issue

Changed mobile and installed axis bank app. It made me verify my pan and birthdate. There is no easy way to select the date. I had to click hundred times to reach my birth year 1973. Even after reaching there the session timed out. I had to login multiple times, again tap hundred times to reach 1973. Its frustrating that you cannot provide a simple calendar or manual input to select birthdate. Pls fix the calendar

I can't find my credit card related any of the details at all. There is no such option. I installed many times and contact to customer executive or chat assistance but problem is not solved. Executives say a different things that doesn't work. This issue is from starting time. Issue resolved after many try but this should not happen in regular case. One Executive deregistered manually and then i registered. It was not possible to me without executives help. App team should notice this.

Updated Rating: After the reply from the Axis I am able to carry out my task. However, the overall UI/UX is still counter intuitive and not fluid. Old: When I tri to register it asks for one time verification where I have to add my Date of Birth. There is no way I can select year or just type the date. I have to go back 40 years, months by month, i.e. 480 clicks to get to my date of birth and even I manage to do so it does not get selected. So its completely bummer and a blocker bug.

This app has too many glitches and what I am facing is the slowness. This app is extremely slow even in 5G network. Also some of the features doesn't work. If you schedule future NEFT payments, you will not be able to amend or cancel it any time. It gives an error stating "We are facing some issues at the moment. Please try again after sometime" and it's the case from one week. Even customer care is unaware and unable to help. Hope someone takes not of it and helps the customers.

I have been using the Axis Bank mobile application for a while now, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The most glaring issue is the poor UI/UX design, which makes navigating the app a frustrating ordeal. Firstly, the interface is cluttered and unintuitive. The design lacks cohesion, making it difficult to locate essential features quickly. Important functions are buried under layers of menus, which are not logically organized.

After updating to latest version I am not able to login to app. It displays following message. "You can not login since the SIM of the mobile number used during registration does not seem to be present in the SIM slot of this device or the SIM of the mobile number used during registration is disabled. Please add the SIM into the correct SIM slot or enable it to proceed." Please note that app was working fine before update. I haven't changed any thing. I request developer to look into it ASAP.

One of the worst user experiences. The app doesnt behave like a normal Android app. Have to look for the visual buttons to navigate. The gestures, default back actions doesn't work and it's a hassle to navigate or use the application. Requesting to have a relook at the UX with some good UX experts. Check out other banking applications. They perform much better and comparatively easier to navigate. Hope it's done better. Also the placement of options is really user unfriendly...
