No real time P&L available. Everytime it has to be refreshed and see. Intraday Cover postions also doesn't show real time gain/loss. Hangs alot while placing orders. Sometimes second page of cover order shows the same positions as it is in the first page. Made a lot of loss because this mistake. VERY USER UNFRIENDLY. No improvements in updated version also.

App getting hanged (please don't blame mobile phone/ network) & order status not getting updated till the session end. It was showing order partially executed till the end of session. After ending of session i cam to know that order was executed in full & not partially. Not an easy access of options to have a clear idea of orders/ transactions done in past. Online website's experience is far better than app. Worst experience ever.

Only 45% information i.m getting at a time. Other security companies give lots of information at time. ,Means I don't have to change the page at all. An extended breadth of the page gives me all-inclusive information. The date of purchase, the price of purchase,the purchase value , Also sale info with the profit and loss from the same space. I just have to remain same space. The sale price and sale value ,daily gains on each scrip with the% percentage. I don't have to search for my calculator.

Worthless app. Can not add money through UPI of registered bank to trading account. Some times balance amount is not reflecting in the account.

A lot of features are missing in this app, which I personally think. For example, there should be some tabs about Nifty50 which will show all the enlisted shares. Rather I had to manually search for them. Many important details are missing for individual shares. For example, the P/E ratio is missing. These info n features should be there I think. Very incomplete app from my point of view.

Totally outdated! Impossible to place an order on time. Half of the information on the web page does not load. Calculation of portfolio is totally messed up which makes taking right decisions very difficult. Entire page has to be re-loaded to refresh any small piece of information. Links to important pages like "portfolio" and "orders" not placed appropriately. You end up wasting a lot of time navigating between different pages. New players like Zerodha are miles ahead of Axis Direct. The only convenience here is that cash transfers between bank account and trading account is easy. It keeps getting worst with every passing day as the website does not load properly, logs-out immediately when I login and many irritating bugs,

Useful, but doesnt show enough details. For eg,history of trades done isn't available if you wish to see your buys & sales over last month. Also,in any particular scrip, the overall invested value isn't seen in the interface. Wish they could incorporate these details into the info the app provides. Also, as you place an order, there is no updated price or market depth info( something which is available through the website of axisdirect)...

After the upgrade, the app became totally useless. This app is not opening 9 out of 10 times. Moving from the app to another app makes the app unresponsive most of the time. The previous version was so much simpler, and the ease of searching and placing order was a breeze. Before making the upgrade, the app should have been tested thoroughly. I am very disappointed.

In your new app display of order column features from both sides is required to remove for makes space between each column which is more important, order column is not so necessary. Now it is mix-up each other columns figures.

The app doesn't show the rate of the stocks live,5 to 6 minutes late running...it's pathetic...& off market trading should be started by Axis securities like HDFC,KOTAK & others When the new app is going to launch..where is the new app over here it's giving old app & when going to log in it's showing connection is not secured..Why this is happening every day..Axis are updating but they are not updated.. They should learn from kotak, hdfc apps.. Really very very pathetic

A message on the top of Demat page of your app is not letting me to access my portfolio. I cannot access more pages, only first page is accessible. Kindly fix this issue as i am not able to trade. I have contacted customer service not of much help.

I was looking for the below mentioned details on the application which was not available. few suggestions to the Application developers. 1.sectorwise portfolio not available even on the application 2.Realised and unrealized gain in stock in one place to make a informed decision while buying or selling a stock. 3.Trade book is not available on the application. 4.Stock pledge page is complicated.

Axis need to upgrade his chart software Bcouse many time its collapse/crashed not showing properly on mobile. I am MI 11X user & in my mobile all software daily updated. I am closed this app cleared cashe memory and reopen app but some time it is crashed. if axis want win in market race and increase his customer then he need to improve more his capabilities other than competitor. I am using your both apps- axis ring and axis trade for handle this situation but both r simultaneously not work.

app is good .. but don't follow the instructions from Indore teams.. they will lost u r money .. they don't give proper information about loss .. they tell only profit .. but so many people losss lack of money.. so beware . of the consultent teams in Indore...

App has lot of information about the scrips and gives a beginner to evaluate about a stock in a 360Β° view. My recommendation is to remove the squares off stocks from the portfolio, which will avoid confusion.

This is so bad. I have tried to place sell order today on the new shiny trader app, it says swipe to sell and I did it and nothing appears in orders. Later I called directly and placed orders over call, even those not appearing in the app. It is making us lose money when unable to sell at the right prices as we have to rely on contacting your team. Not sure who is building these useless apps for you and just keeps switching from one app to other with no improvements. You need better IT team.
