Offers the functions you'd expect of such an app. Worked reliably. Session catalog offered a lot of search flexibility. If I had one gripe it would be the "navigate " function. probably good for a multi-venue event but for re:inforce, simple maps would be better. on second day of event I did find a printed map on site so there's that.

Although the app isn't as snappy quick as other apps, I didn't experience the slowdowns my colleague and other users have experienced (I use a Samsung S10+). That being said, there were times where info was unavailable, or that sessions I already reserved shows no more seats available. The information provided was very useful, but reliability could've been better.

Pretty bad, especially with such a simple app. App experience is slow to the point it's unusable. I couldn't even provide any feedback for the talks because I was only able to type one character every 5 seconds. Also, the fact that this is not an offline first app that caches most of the content (a schedule, a couple of maps??) and hardly works without a reliable internet connection (especially at venues with poor reception or wifi) is appalling.

Content disagrees with website. Key example, website says session is booked, app says spaces available. Sometimes pressing buttons does nothing, so you don't know if you can't do something because of policy (enforces 1hr between sessions at different sites), if you've lost WiFi, or the app has crashed Some good features but it's too heavy, switching apps on my 3GB Android makes it restart, last thing I need when I'm moving between seminars.

The posted sessions do not agree with the Web site published schedules. It is not of much use if you can't trust that the schedule will correct. Looks correct but it's an enormous waste of time.

Is useful during an AWS event but reloads every time the app is opened due to which it is extremely slow. On the calendar the breakout room is not displayed and requires the participants to open each event which once again takes ages to load. This gets worse esp when at such events the network connectivity is sub par. Also there is no option to provide feedback of the overall event but instead one has to go thru a badly designed web app which is not even mobile friendly.

When it works, it's super helpful, but the time it takes to launch the app and then switch to your planner takes usually between 5-10 minutes. It's nuts. I ended up having to screen cap the events j planned to go to so I could access it faster than the app could.

For the most part the app does what it needs to, but at reinvent 2019 I keep getting notifications with useful information, then when I click them they disappear and I can't read the whole message or get it back. About half the time I load the app my schedule says it isn't available yet and I have to try for a few minutes to restart the app and my phone until I can get it to load.

Good app, as far as information it gives (how to get around and whatnot). Well thought out with regard to the UI. However, it does run slow when registering button clicks. It doesn't seem to be storing my planner locally (said the server wasn't available at the start of the conference when I was trying to find the room for my bootcamp) and that's kind of weird. Also, it gives lots of event info, but it would also be nice if it gave the network password for where you are currently located.

The app is clunky. Going through the catalog to choose sessions is difficult because you cannot see the times if the sessions unless you open each one. There should be a preview. Finally, the planner puts reserved and interested in different places making planning your day a challenge.

Pretty bad. SUPER unresponsive. A lot of times, clicking items doesn't do anything. You have to leave the app to get a general agenda as well as FAQs and other information. No information as to session size so we can figure out the chances of getting into a session if we're on wait-list. Plus a ton of other super obvious problems.

App is horribly laid out for trying to identify the schedule of events. There is no way to get a single grid view that shows all talks going on at each time in each location. I thought this was the most basic of features for any event app like this but apparently amazon doesnt think its needed. Without this it makes it hard to easily plan out what you want to attend

invaluable but incomplete slow and most tedious frequently has to completely reload often enough that I am always standing there waiting for it when I need it in a timely way. I would make two key changes to this application. One: fix the timeouts so it's not constantly reloading when I need it. Two: make it easier to view the overall reinvent schedule. I often found myself going back to the website for that information.

App is pretty bad for someone with resources like AWS. Planner is buggy as heck and lags to all $!&* frequently, stops letting me check session details, gives me errors like "sessions is full" when I'm just trying to find it to line up for walk in etc. Also has to load up the full catalog *every single time* or my planner is completely empty. Filtering has issues returning to its hidden state. Who thought that was a good idea? I expect far better than this junk of an app.

Have the developer's of this app ever been to a conference? Especially one like reinvent that is oversold so most sessions are full. Start with the app is slow and hangs up. After you get over that it's not very friendly for navigating the catalog or managing your calendar. Simple things like single day view are missing. You have to use this for reinvent, but other than that I'd never download this mess of an app.

App could do a better job at travel options. For example, to get from Mandalay Bay to to Wynn, I could take a shuttle to MGM, then the monorail to Harrah's, and then walk to Wynn. Not an option. I should be able to edit personal time instead of deleting and readding. I should be able to share events with colleagues via text or slack or in app. I should be able to dismiss surveys. The current time green line on the calendar should update automatically without having to switch tabs and back.

Overall, the app was very helpful during reInvent. However, it was slow to load due to Amazon Q trying to come up with session recommendations. Most times, I did not want that. I wanted to check my calendar or look up a session from the catalog. The navigation to a venue feature needs work to be of value. It hides or grays out important details and just shows the outline of buildings. It would be nice if the calendar automatically added the session when my badge was scanned upon entry.

Doesn't seem to have any login, automatic registration or any other obvious integrated features that would make a day at big event go smoothly. There ommision is really odd given what Amazon do and the in- house talent they have. Given the app is meant to help people navigate, it doesn't seem to know where we are, instead you keep having to exit the map and search for the stand you are near. there are indoor navigation library to use (and there is loads of amazon signage to hide a beacon in)
