Easy to use , you need only Emirates ID , driving & vehicle license. The customers service always helpful 😘😘😘 also etihad airways point and more discounts.

Hi, The application does not work with mobiles having Android system, it works perfect on I phones, so please fix this issues as we are suffering due to this, I uploaded my claim using my friend I phone mobile since iam not able to do it through my Samsung mobile.

Useless app. They have all insurance policy record with them yet when you try to renew the insurance policy, it says select model... and i dont have my vehicle model in the specific list. I registered a Lexus last year and now they are only showing Toyota models. I cant switch to Lexus.Such a waste of time for me.. 0/10.

The worst experience I ever had with insurance , I submitted papers to fix my car since 3 weeks , till now nothing happen , whatever you call customer service , they just say we will call you back and they disappeared,

Worst experience ever.can't create a claim on the app. Call center not responding for complaints. If you try to raise a claim through a call they refer you to the app that doesn't work and hang the call.

Complete waste of time and data. You can't even file a claim not on the App nor over the phone. You have to upload all documents that they already have. Time consuming and frustrating I am going to the office to file the claim in person.

The latest update is very focused on selling insurance and services. The earlier version was more customer focused with easy access to contacts and services. Now we have to scroll and look for what we need in an emergency. I look forward to the next update.

This is very convenient app, which have all the info from insurance to claim and roadside assistance. Easy was to re-insurance . Also its have loyalty card which give discounts on products.

Very very bad app since today I downloaded until now it's not opening which kind of services you guys have better to do the email communications since 30 days I'm. Suffering with you guys I'm so sorry but very bad service and 30 minutes call waiting time

Hi, Completely unsatisfied when it come to customer service, a simple request for Int'l Driving License couldn't be completed on time.. 2nd have to wait approx 55mins to connect with customer sevice and then simple excuse 'no email request is received'
