It does not tell you how to activate , it says only enter your login ID...what is that?

Seems nice but bad UX. How do i even login? There is no helo inside the app. I deleted it. There seems to be no update fot this app

Its the older version & its not compatable with the newer android operating system ... And work on design please update update more !

I love the service this bank gives but the app It does nothing at all,,except showing the nearest ATM branch which is useless,,it needs further development

it was working good for few weeks later not able to login, even nearest branch can't fix the problem, sorry it's not good apps. for me.

Doesn't work, the app has been in 2017 and is says need to be updated but directs you to rating page rather than updating or fixing locations

Lot of using same application and it was perfect for useres to be using the appliction within any places and it is not time takings. With in that thw application is suitable for useres doing business anywhere at any place with same business .

The application is better compared to other bank app in Ethiopia but it charged 10 Birr for one transaction. This is not acceptable! I am benefiting them the bank when I use the app. Why are they charging me?

The app doesn't seem to do anything besides tell you, the closest ATM and branches.... Doesn't even tell you how you log in... Overall it needs further development, it is pointless at this stage. I don't recommend anyone to download it
