This review is not about the app experience, but with the company...does not feel hospitable . Don't like the service we are getting... when we ask questions different people answer each time and none with direct knowledge about the property. I would not want to hire them as my management company. Not enjoying the customer experience.

It was already very helpful when you had a booking, once that it was able to assist you with entry instructions, house manual, service request, etc. Now with the option to book directly in the app it's even better.

This is just for trying to use the app; I'm not sure about actual functionalities (i.e. booking, checking the itinerary, etc). Once I installed the app, it asked for my phone number so a code could be sent but pressing the send button did nothing and there was no alternative way to actually get into the app and use it.

Even after turning off notifications in the app, I still get multiple notifications per week with new rental options. Even if the notifications toggle worked it would still have pathetic flexibility. There is only one notifications button that toggles everything on or off. Ideally I could turn off all marketing notifications but still receive notifications that are relevant to the trip I've already booked. I'll be glad when my trips over and I uninstall this app.
