It works. When you have no problems, it's easy to forget to submit a review. The app does everything I need it to and I've never had a problem with it, so when I was updating it today I decided to write a review as well.

very easy to use app. Follow progress of items, or just wait for notification when they're delivered.

I have good experiences with AusPost, always be a little patient....the world is very busy....I find having the app keeps me up to date with my deliveries. Thank-you AusPost

Excellent service. All notifications are always up to date. Even when there is a delay, AusPost will send notification of the delay.

Bit disappointed with aust post first time I had a parcel go missing was to be delivered from Sydney at time I was home no one came to my door yet they said it was delivered not in my mailbox as I have padlock on it They can't trace it yet it has a tracking no which I was following but strange no where to be found not happy with service I would expect a better response not pushed aside 😔

Not so good.It sends you to a customer service page but doesnt keep the selected items tracking number. So then you need another device to go back to the app.If you try to change pages the support page closes on you.Terrible.

It's a great app. Really. Keeps track of all my parcels and removes headache. Adds new orders straight to my account too when I use the same email.

No longer getting notifications to track my parcels. I have checked my phones settings and the auspost app settings and they all are set to get notifications. Really annoying.

One of the best apps I've used. Simple, straight forward and does exactly what it should and then some. Introduced me to the parcel locker which is brilliant (living on a large development means parcels cannot be left at my house because theft is a reasonable possibility). Well done Aus Post.

Australia Post lose items and they will do anything including lying to cover the fact that they make mistakes. In fact I get more up to date information on tracking number details from the United States Postal Service than I do from Australia Post. I'll give you an example. I have an item which I keyed in the tracking number on the United States Postal Service website and their website said as of 1.32 pm today my item is in Sydney yet the same item I tracked through the Australia Post app.

the app is helpful however I hate their processes when they mess my address up. also at times they'll not bother leaving the parcel at the place they do before, claiming it not to be safe and taking to the post office! I just find it ridiculous that the same place suddenly becomes not safe

Since they have gone to only notifying you about failed deliveries via the app, and no longer leaving a missed you note, some Australian post delivery people are lying about coming to the address at all. For example, I was expecting a post delivery on Thursday, and I received a notification saying it was a failed delivery and no one in attendance. I was home, and I checked my security camera to see if I missed them. But no, they never came to the house and lied about no one being in attendance.

Australia Post notified me that my parcel was going to an incorrect address. To try to redirect it to my correct address was a nightmare. I then was informed by Australia Post that it was being sent to the correct address and my notification was incorrect but it would then be delayed by 3-6 days. I have engaged an electrician to install the part on 3rd October which would have enabled ample time for delivery but I am now told it may not arrive until 8th October!!!

Whilst the app works really well, it's frustrating that I had to download the app to ensure my parcels are actually delivered. Prior to this, parcels were automatically delivered to the local PO, no notifications given, then rts'd fast. The Post shop owner insisted I download the app as the only remediation option.

Really nice and easy access non-evasive. People friendly, without all the stress of advertising pop-ups, and no radical interference which disabling my usage might possibly be, though it never happens.

They never deliver within the estimated delivery date range, even if your parcel is "onboard for delivery today". Then it's marked as "delayed" for a few hours, but they quickly then change the estimated delivery date range to a later date so they can mark it as "on time" again. The gaslighting is unnecessary. If you're going to deliver it late, at least be honest.

Useful and welcomed. Shame merchants don't allow easier matching always. Also, entering the LP number seems a bit outdated when there is a barcode. Still, for my non-commercial use, these are minor gripes in an otherwise good experience.

Phenomenal. I've had absolutely no problems with the app itself at least in the past year or two. Always up to date with the site, automatically adds most parcels that I get and adding them manually is a breeze too. I've noticed that it sometimes even shows estimated delivery *times* with a range of a few hours, which is a nice addition!

Look the apps pretty good, Just when things go wrong it doesn't handle the very well. From the customers point of view. When a parcel is being tracked for example and no QR code to unlock a locker is provided because the sender stuffed up the user becomes very anxious as to what is going to happen next. I had to make phone calls to get to the bottom of why I wasn't getting the information. This is totally unnecessary and should be thought through. It's an easy fix and shows a lack of planning.

Great app until the November updates. Used to be beautiful and colorful, well thought out (still is in this regard), but the recent updates switched to a font that doesn't fit the theme of the app, and the colorful action bars that used to indicate the status of a parcel is now just… Gray. At least make it red like the rest of the app, come on.
