I can't use the app because term and conditions page pops up and it won't me exit it. Closing the app and re opening it won't solve it. There is no agree or exit button at term and conditions page.

Aura app is awesome due to offers and aesthetic wise. However, please check because the app keeps on logging out, when at times we are not using. A little bit hassle to input password especially when we forgot the password. Thanks

Upon uodating the app becames stuck at the terms and conditions page, which appears automatically and has no Accept, Decline, or Skip button! There is no way to move forward to the application pages!

You have a great service except your app needs to improve, I can't either decline nor accept the terms of condition. And I am a valued customer but one of your shops "Mothercare BH" couldn't find my number in your database. I was devastated as I had purchased an amount that could've been part of my points 😔

Whenever I open the app it's refer to the term and condition page, and there is no option to agree and return back to the home screen evenethough I have updated the app and the same issue occurred kindly resolve this error ASAP

It's surprising that the app developer didn't properly test it before uploading it to the Google Play Store. The app automatically opens the terms and conditions, and there's no way to exit from it. The elephant is in the room, but no one from m AlShaya company can see it!

Unable to access app after the update. Everytime I open it, it goes to the Terms and conditions page and there is no accept button, and I cannot even go back. Cannot access anything on the home page due to this issue. Hence the 1 star.

I've been using this apps for very long time, however their last updates sucks.. despite multiple times of uninstall and reinstall of the application, I end up always stuck with the terms and conditions.. no back button or cancel button.. please fix your app.

Getting stuck at the Terms and Conditions page each time I open the app. There is no way one can exit or accept those and move on. Tried reinstalling a couple of times, nothing works. The developers need to remove this bug asap. Otherwise it'll be a completely useless app.

Trapped in the Terms and Conditions page! Been trying for so long, have reinstalled, and restarted, but as soon as I log in, this page shows up and blocks everything without a way out. Such a frustration as it is a well-made app usually.

Each time I open the app, it goes to the Terms and conditions page . There is no exit button, no agree button. Pressing the back button on my Samsung phone does nothing. Tried reinstalling the app, checking for updates but still reverted to the terms and conditions page. Please fix this bug.

It seems the developer got fired while making the new update. There's no accept or exit page on the Terms and Conditions page. There's nowhere to go after that. Exiting the app and opening it again doesn't change anything. The AURA app can now only be enjoyed by endlessly scrolling through the T's & C's

You have a problem in the application and no one bother himself to fix it!!! I can't link Aura from any app like american eagles because it never send the OTP number. I tried to login from the Aura App and each time I open the app, it goes to the Terms and conditions page and there is no exit button. I reinstalled the app but still same problem!

Useless and very bad application , every time i use to access the app a screen notice appeared suddenly for terms and conditions and you cant submit or exit this screen,and In addition to the above this issue has been going on for more than a months without any attempt to fix this problem by your lazy teams..!
