Colours to distinguish between outgoing and incoming monies would be a plus. In terms of functions, the app is good...could probably add more functionality for mobile payment

I can't use fingerprint to open the app and every time I go to setting to activate it, I use my password to activate the fingerprint function then nothing happens, nothing at all. This same screen just stand still

Last update makes it keep crashing when i try to login in. Today 01:20 the app still crashing after i login i had to downgrade to 5.15 (learn from your previous versions) Edit 1: The problem never resolved it's still occurs until now. Edit 2: be respectful and speak the language we do use (Arabic/English).

Dear Developers, Please correct the below bug. The login interface in the app wont allow me to type "space" as it is a part of my user ID. My user ID is in this form XX 12345678. As you can see there is a space between the lettera and numbers. I did not experience this problem when trying to login on your website attijarinet, as i could easily type the "space". Please fix this ASAP as I created a big inconvenience to me...

Great App. Easy to use. Can make local transfers and pay Bills. Will be good if we could add/see/use multiple accounts at the same time (similar to Global view of HSBC).

I never had a problem with paying my bills until recently when the app started to show error message which is not convenient for me. Please do an update to fix these bugs. Update : issue has been resolved

It had it problems at the beginning, but now o find it really great to use, the experience is just great. The app is pretty simple and efficient, givin possibility to do all sorts of operations an average client like me can use and monitor, although the updates and monitoring on the WebPay card still sucks.

This app sucks, your whole service sucks, after discovering the my card doesn't support the option of buying online I went to my bank and I was advised to get another one that costs more, now that I need that card to buy something from the internet its not working, I tried contacting all the customer services numbers, even the 7/7 one, but to my surprise they are not answering to this day, I mean what if it got stolen and I needed to block it? And the app crashes when I try to do it there.

Please don't use this app, I have a really bad experience with it and I'm still struggling as we speak, I had to pay my internet bill via the app and I end up losing both the money and my internet service! the internet provider didn't receive the payment and Attijari said the have technical issues :) I'm still chasing these guys to solve the problem with no luck. It's a Third World kind of service.

good app. I just have a new suggestion. I would like you to add the ability to view account balance without the need to login with credentials. Obviously this has to be enabled. By default it should be disabled. Many banks app like TD Canada has this feature. It's very simple and convenient to check quickly without login. Thanks

I really wonder why for so many of us diaspora young generation there is no English language option in the menu. Since also many people in Morocco now speak English it would be such a little effort for Attijari to add English in the menu to attract thousands of new customers. For me personally I need English as a diaspora who does not speak or can read both Arabic and French well... But I am a proud moroccan citizen. :)

It's better than the competition that's for sure, however, i have noticed that the share button at the top right does not work after sending a transfer to someone, so i have to start taking screenshots afterwards.. Also reading the OTP confirmation SMS automatically would be an awesome addition.

Experiencing login issues on the app and website for about a month. Despite multiple efforts like contacting support multiple times, going to agency multiple wasting my time, sending emails with screenshots and videos recording describe the issue very well, the authentication error persists on the app. The website displays a "page not found" alert. Unsure how to resolve this. Considering switching banks if the problem remains unsolved.
