Use app for Tmobile discount coupons. The coupons work, but often I have more people than coupons. And the fee for multiple people seems to have no discount at all, or even more than one, which really kills any coupon effectiveness. No big deal, so I buy the extra tickets at the theater, but no, the app reserves them and will not release them, basically forcing you to buy. If you don't they stay reserved later. Just complete torture to try to use the app.

It's way easier to use this app versus Fandango. It's design is visually cleaner and easier to navigate. I also appreciate being able to add my rewards membership numbers for each theatre chain I use so I don't miss out on deals or reward points. I can also use gift cards from those chains to make ticket purchases through the app. Well done. Much appreciated.

Love the experience of ticket purchasing feature of this app. Only think I hate is browsing by movie titles. I wish they would replace the wheel dial with something else. It's not intuitive at all. For example, you can browse movies by alphabetical order but there's no letters to inform you under which alphabet you're currently viewing or allow you to skip to a movie under a particular letter.

Atom has now implemented single sign-on but they still can't figure out how to do it right. You cannot sign into Google single sign-on if you already have an email address registered with them. The logo in the initial splash screen is stretched on Pixel 3XL. The app/service requires the user to create and sign-ups yet another marginal web account. Clicking the 'current location' button requires another click on the new screen to use current location.

The atom megapass trap!! Atom megapass has a 6 month contract period. While I signed up for it, there was no mention of this contract period. All it said was $14.99 per month and billed monthly. No communication regarding the contract period. When I did not like it and wanted to cancel it on the 3rd month, that is when I was comunicated of the 6 month contract period. Now I am have to pay for something I hate. It's not worth it. Scam

Poor communication in the app. It advertises that cancellations are possible before the showtime, but doesn't show or mention any fine print on cancellations until after you complete your order and then it's too late to practically do anything about it. UPDATE: after reaching out to Atom support vai email and going over the issue they offered a credit for another movie to resolve the issue. That is easily satisfactory for me. However I still think better communication in their app would be good

5 years ago my review was glowing. Now, it's ... Well. Sometimes ,like today, I can't even pick my seat because the app doesn't connect to the internet, either through data or wifi. Got the "slower to process" error but my tickets showed up eventually. If I have problems at the theater I will never use this app again. They also clearly need a bit more support during the summer months.

This app is a relentless Notification spammer, you are warned. Disable it or it will bombard your notifications. Update Now with a new annoying feature, it's running in the background all the time so now when you're offline it pops up and says that it's having trouble spying on you, could you please go online soon? Un. In. Stall. With prejudice and do not reinstall.

I have to say, this proved extremely frustrating. I had such difficulty that I ended up with TWO accounts and could not add my phone number to the first account because it was already in use. A friend of my experienced the same issues. It is easy now that I figured out which account was linked to my purchases, but it took over an hour to help my friend with hers. I couldn't find the LOG OUT button for the longest time. It was just extremely frustrating.

I can no longer play previews/trailers on my phone. After the video reaches the 30 second mark, it freezes (I have to keep initializing 'play' to run it, but to no avail). I have no idea what's wrong! I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and downloaded the latest updates, but still no fix. I've even reached out to customer support, but they were no help at all; just suggested that something must be wrong with my phone/device. I’d rate it higher, but the problem persists with no resolution in sight.

I continue having problems when ordering tickets. The processing of orders does not complete. A receipt is issued but the ticket is not. I have to call customer service each time which then results in refunds being issued. The staff is great but the problem has never been resolved with any kind of permanence. I have had only 3 orders go through. Many more than that have not. All the orders have been placed for the same theatre. This is very frustrating and of course unacceptable!

I used to like this app a lot, but their policies are awful. My account recently got hacked, and someone bought tickets with my credit card and then canceled them, resulting in my account getting Atom credit for the transaction. I informed Atom about it and asked them to take the credit back since I didn't own it, and I was disputing the transaction with my bank anyway. As a result, they decided to deactivate my account and told me to get a new one with a new email, which I definitely won't do.

loved the app initially, but now the convince fee are so high, almost double from some time ago. A convenience fee of around $3 to get services that are implemented once in creating the app features like buying tickets in advance, reserving seats, skipping the lines, inviting friends, pre-ordering snacks, watching trailers, using different payment methods. All these doesn't justify a hike in price. These are the sort of models that discourages people to go watch movies in theater.

One of the stupidest apps I've used in a while. Instead of just allowing you to manually enter a phone number or email to send a ticket, it insists on getting access to your contacts, but also refuses to refresh those unless you fully close the app. So you have to manually add contacts to your phone, then restart the app, then send the ticket. Bizarre

I like the app, nice and easy to use here in the windy city. Has worked without a hitch every time I've used (roughly 6 times over the past year). All you have to do is scan the qr code in place of a ticket. Very simple and smooth. Here are some changes I think would be good to implement: 1) Make that initial picture displaying a main movie should scroll side to side, that way you can look through the top 5 or so movies (coders choice on how to rank em) 2) personally I would prefer if the settings menu was accessible with one tap from the home screen, but two is no issue. 3) make an actual place to give feedback directly in the app, that way you could be getting messages like this directly instead of having to comb through reviews. Very Good app overall.

Was a fantastic app, it was all I used, then all of a sudden my log in stopped working, when I contacted their support, they told me my account was deactivated for violating their terms of service, when I asked how I did that, they would not provide an answer, instead they said they won't change it and closed the ticket. I've never been treated this way, I uninstalled the app and will no longer recommend it to my fellow movie goers.

I'm giving this app 4 stars because I kept missing the tiny calendar to change the movie show date. So I kept using the back button and finally got it right. It was easy to use after that. I wonder why one has to get an assigned seat number. I sit anywhere in the theater. Just an extra step in processing. I've never ordered from the concession stand using the Atom app so I can't give a critique on that experience. Overall, this app serves my purpose, that is, to see a good movie for less.

So at first, my experience with the app was awesome. I was able to purchase tickets, pick my seats, and everything I wanted to. I was impressed to see that I received a text from that the auditorium my movie being played in had changed. Unfortunately, the information in the text I had received was WRONG. The auditorium had never been changed (or I'm also willing to accept that it had changed and changed back?) which shows a major disconnect between the service and their providers.

Tried it for the 1st time to order tickets for The Chosen. Placed my order. When it processed my purchase, it gave me the right date and time, but the wrong movie. When I checked for the right one It did not have it available anymore. I went to theater site, they had it available. When I went to cancel the wrong one given by Atom, they told me 3-5 days for reimbursement, plus they keep convenience fees for inconvenience me, unless I put the money in an Atom account. Worst 1st impression ever.
