I loved this app; It was doing well at first, but now all of a sudden my camera button to snap the picture/document is missing.

Ever since the most recent update anything I scan is blurry. Insurance cards are no longer legible.

Does not work. CRASHES immediately. Update 10-24-19 10:27 AM; they finally fixed it after several weeks. Neither version worked until today. Earlier this morning it was not working.

This is absolutely horrible since the update. When we scan in the patient's Driver's license, it blows it up. The pictures are all blurry now.

Ever since the update when i scan a card in. It uploads super big and im unable to crop the picture or insurance cards. Please fix this ASAP!!!!

Very useful app for getting images securely in Athena. However when Athena updated the security, the old app failed cryptically without a useful error message. the solution was buried in a cutesy newsletter.

I used to love this app until the other day and it done an update. Now I'm unable to read the backs of the insurance cards after they are uploaded.

App was working fine, until recently. I can't resize a photo or card when trying to zoom in to upload. Please fix!

Won't scan the QR code. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling then uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling. It still won't work. A coworker's app work on her iPhone.

Glad this app is back. Love the ease and convenience of it, but please bring back the zoom in feature for taking pictures.

The app doesn't work anymore. Just constantly get errors. Used to use it all the time at work but now it just is unusable. Disappointing.

I have an android phone and I had no problem taking pictures of and scanning the ideas and insurance cards until now and every time I crop it it chops It off and blows it up. Not sure how to fix this issue.

Could not get it to work in Athena training "sandbox", BUT, worked fine in the live EMR. Pictures of documents are small and hard to read. Will likely scan documents and use the capture app for rashes, surgical sites, etc...

Been using this app due to work for about 9 months. Didn't had any issues until now. When I try to crop the photo, it doesn't crop properly. I have to go back to regular scanning, which is taking longer now.

I upgraded my phone to a new Samsung Galaxy S22. Since the upgrade, the app no longer works. It worked fine with my old Samsung Note 8 and it was a great addition/tool for Athena. However, since upgrading phones, I cannot scan/snap the QR code, so the app is now useless.

Have version 1.6.6 installed on a Galaxy S10, Android v.12. First, this as well as the previous version does NOT allow me to close the app after use. I must restart the phone. Second, it does not take photos in landscape mode as previous versions allowed, nor does it rotate the photos, so I have to spend time cropping each photo. Seriously, the only reason I use this app is we use Athena One. Not happy with the latest "upgrade" at all.

I purchased a new Android phone for work specifically to use this app with their system. No, it was not the cheapest phone. My old Android was incompatible due to the old operating system. This app works like a charm at times and it also fails to work properly frequently. I am rebooting the phone around every three documents, sometimes with every document as it will lock up and not allow me to close the app. This happens more when I try to add more than one document at a time. It will also upload the document properly but when I click "OK" acknowledging the upload was done, it again locks up and I must reboot the phone. Everyone at work has an Apple and state they have none of these issues. I do not know if this is a software or hardware issue but it is wasting a lot of my work time. I must use it due to work but otherwise I would not recommend it with an Android phone.

The app used to work very well and we were happy with the simplicity. However, starting about a week ago, I can't crop the photos appropriately. Whenever I crop, it doesn't upload the cropped area I selected and instead enlarges the right upper corner. So if I'm taking a patient photo, instead of their face, I end up with the top of their head. UPDATE They fixed the issue with a recent update. Thank you!

*Update: issue fixed, works perfectly! Please fix this issue! I've been using this app without problems, but now, with the new update, it doesn't crop properly, and somehow, it crops out the whole picture, only leaving the top left corner. Can't use this app anymore, which means I can't upload important pt information

Was working great until last week. After cropping the photo the app decides to recrop to the corner of the photo (usually the wall). I have uninstalled and reinstalled, a week later same problem. Today when I tried to save a photo without cropping it again decides to go to the corner of the photo, maybe getting a portion of the patient.
