It is awfully confusing I need to re program all the functions. I think if I personalize this device for my personal use. How do I accomplish this? I like this device much better than att stuff how do I make it my device?

AT&T Personal Cloud has been a lifesaver several times when I have lost my phone or data. The extra 5 dollars a month was worth it, in my opinion.

First time in my life using att. 59 years old, sux in North Louisiana. 200 yards off 371, sliver of a bar, zero signal in house. I would tell you more, but it's just spinning.

Why and how are AT&T applications automatically assigned to my phone when my service is under a different provider and no matter how many times I disable and force stop the apps you still are able to turn on permissions for data and battery even though I remove those permissions.

I'm only writing the app. 2 stars.I will add the rest when whatever issue is fixed because How can I rate this app?5 stars When it won't let me set up the account. That's supposed to be free and I put the password 6 letters or more like it calls for and still comes up with something stupid. It keeps telling me to have 6 or more. Which I did create, it is really nerve-racking. Please fix and it would be great to have a backup. Ok5 stars but needs to be free alot of people like me can't pay forit

I really like the at&t personal cloud..haven't had any problems what so ever . I say keep it like it is..easy to use... easy to access ...organize and move around your files..simple ..no problems ...no worries....no complaints..good job on the personal cloud

I was on the phone over an hour! My service was/is suspended and I was directed to send a copy of my state ID by email to have my service reinstated. I deal with payment issues every month. I can't understand the representatives on the line. They want ME to drive to the nearest at&t to resolve the the issue. I don't own a car and why should I have to do this when you're the reason my service was suspended. I pay you there is no reason why I should have to jump through hoops when you're getting $

Can't access the app and it's irritating. At&t had some data breach and my phone hasn't worked right since and I've spent hours trying to figure it out. I pay a lot of money to NOT have these issues and shouldn't. Unacceptable.

I have NEVER opened this app, yet now a notification is constantly popping up that says "URGENT:app hibernation. Your backups will soon stop working due to app permissions. Take action now to protect your content" what? What backups? I don't back anything up to att cloud. I don't use this app. This won't go away and it's annoying and now im concerned what it's about. It reads like a fake/scam notif. I don't like this

It doesn't even work. When I click on open it routes me to sign into AT&t with my phone number and password. Or the option of making a payment without signing in Once I sign in it tells me to change my PIN number. I don't want to change the PIN number. When I bypass that it just takes me to different accounts to choose from for a monthly bill. This AT&t personal cloud isn't even an option. Once you click open on this app, I don't know what's wrong with it. Doesn't take you to a cloud though.

It would be nice if the content that was backed up would be in a folder with the name of the folder it came from instead of just an endless stream of everything from my device. It makes it impossible for me to find what I'm looking for, and it also prevents me from keeping very personal files separate from the rest of my files. It also saves many of my files as corrupt when they are just fine on my device. Still love the amount of storage space I get with the plan I have, it's a fantastic value.

I never used this feature, not even during the free trial, yet I can't uninstall the app. If I ever want the service, I'll reinstall the app. I switched to AT&T wireless and got a Samsung phone loaded with redundant bloatware I don't control. Apps (many redundant) from AT&T, Samsung, Android/Google and even Microsoft. I can't uninstall. At best I can disable, but every system update turns them on again. A $1k phone, but the true cost is my personal data going EVERYWHERE.

I love it! Great value and piece of mind! The only improvement that could be made is an auto backup feature that doesn't require you to backup all the time. Other than that, it's excellent! I highly recommend it! A+ Update: Please speak with your developers about making it so that the cloud automatically backs up your device photos, videos, and other files without constantly prompting you through push notifications to do so! Also, there's no "contact us" option I could find in the app. Still 5

PIXEL 8 PRO App downloaded from the Play Store with no issues. I am unable to click on the "get started" button on the home page. when I do I immediately get this message: "ERROR INITIALIZING THE APP" then the phone starts vibrating and the screen freezes. I have to force close the app to get it to stop. I made sure that I have the latest update. I have erased and installed the app a half a dozen times with the same outcome. I also cleared the cached data several times. CAN ANYONE ELSE RELATE?
