This has been useless on every phone I've had so far. It has not helped troubleshooting a single issue at all for me, ever and I'm pretty good at the RTFM method which is so far the standard for everything. Is there a single individual, anywhere that can make a credible claim of finding this app useful? If so, please share what must be a ripping yarn... We'll all say we believe you just for having the guts to lie about it

First off: MEMORY USAGE OF THIS APP IS RUNNING 99% OF THE TIME! I this is the apps settings where you go to turn on and off permissions. Just click under mrmory. Click under them all... Make sure you hit other permissions & wonder why mostly all the apps you download wantcontol over your camera, microphone, location, ect... Anyway I would I would disable this one tilli needed to use it.

Like others, I've found this effectively disabled Play store & prevented any apps from updating on my Galaxy S21. It was always trying to download before other apps, never progressing, & trying to cancel froze Play Store. Had to disable app, then restart phone before it stopped holding up everything else. Far from giving any help, this app puts devices in danger by keeping all apps from updating. It needs fixing NOW. And many thanks to the other users whose reviews here gave me the solution!

Anytime AT&T updates then installs an app without our permission and that app cannot be uninstalled on your phone and often cannot be disabled. The phone we own and paid for. We do not appreciate being controlled by AT&T Taking Liberties to put apps on someone's phones. Apps AT&T gets paid to dump apps and advertisements we don't want. After talking to multiple people at AT&T, who say they cant do anything about it? So my contract ends this year and so does dealing with AT&T moving to Verizon

Everyone was really nice and tried to help set up a new phone and some apps but I ended up having to call Samsung. They got it done plus taught me a lot. It was not a defective phone, they fixed the issues in one call and helped me finish setting my account up which was not an easy thing to do. I appreciate ATT for spending days and hours trying to help tho.

Insignificant apps that aren't worth the space its devouring. Just like the Network provider that provides n real time 4g 3g data that's supposed 2 b 5g data its not living up to the standards an requirements we're expecting. I logged into this app & my data was compromised or not protected it wouldn't allow me to use this app w/out wifi or my own personal internet. My 5g data has been slower then my husbands device & we're on the same plan. None of the apps work as AT&T has stated. Thumbs down

This has always been helpful. But recently it is Not helping when it does a diagnosis troubleshoot with the battery. It says it is overheating. But will not help to correct it. If you choose "do it for me" it doesn't help. You choose to do the changes on your own, and still doesn't do it. Help .... Now July 17th. And this is still not able to preform the battery heating issue.stuck in your head. Please Fix it.

EIf its not apparent life imitates art, art imitates life. Question is, is it a technology base simulation or a conscious nature/natural simulation. There seems to be some observer of some sort for this to transpire. Someone looking in on the simulation and able to possible manipulate scenarios no different then a character story in a video game that is acted out (each player able to do so in their own way but the cutscenes are all the same) or is life just more of an imagination manifested by

I have a cricket sim card , att device that I can not get att applications to connect with the sim that I have and some body has been stacking the technology like parent applications so the various wars can be deployed and the owners of the tech companies are strategic planning on the incompetent people of their districts

USELESS. Gives the WRONG instructions for the phone I'm on, claims there are newer firmware updates (which there aren't), doesn't tell me more than I already know or can get from a web page, tells me my storage is getting full but doesn't show me what the "other" files are (so no way to figure what might be using up space), and can't shut off the "No Voice Service" messages I'm getting bombarded with. Waste of memory and processing power. It can't even figure out what phone I have.

I been trying to get some device help for ages hypothetically speaking (started messing with the app since earlier) and ain't had no positive results yet, first off, when I try to access my account it tells me to put in my passcode, which since it's apart of google, should be saved already per auto fill, then it transvert me to a whole another page, when a person calls, I have to start all over again doing this, very frustrating. Yo, all I'm really trying to do is get my youtube app to work!

Not any help. Just like there service. Even had a manager N the higher upside tell me he didn't care all he wanted was my $ if they took advantage of a RETIRED HANDICAPPED SENIOR CITEZEN - VETRAN event if his company was N the wrong holding my phone # 4 ransom that I've had 4 years

completely unsatisfied with your services. None of the at&t apps work constant crashes, as well as passwords that I've created never works. The constant crashes and start-ups in the background caused the meer 5gs of data to be used up in a weeks time. Even before the data limit was reached, the data speeds were horribly slow, taking almost 15 minutes to download an app.

I was having trouble returning answers to a text. The recipient wasn't getting my replies. I would've like talking to a real person to explain my issues. Chatting by text is a little trying. After texting back and forth for 40 minutes I was getting tired. I must say Shane the specialist helping me tried to fix the problem. Thank you!

I had so many problems with my phone. It took 3 hours total but only 30 minutes with Nom in advance tech support, to fix them. He gets a 20 for my piece of mind.

The company uses this type of testing to keep it's owner safe . Answered is yes. To keep information of others safe yes this is so that if cyber attack where to happend to other original defense or other program apps the government does have a contract but does not used but will protect us workers identie for United States of America has the right to keep America safe thru the knowledge ackweird they can view changes and other means of hack like reasons or motives and does learn based on usage

Since the last One UI update, my battery drains faster and gets very warm when charging. The app didn't address any of those issues. I know it is mostly an issue having to do with the update, but it is taking a toll on my battery and the diagnostic tool did not help address/identify the issue.
