I want to like this game more, but after the introduction of the clone/mini, I just find myself skipping so much of her dialogue so I dont have to deal with how obnoxious it is. Her character seems useless in the grand scheme of things when you, as the player, should be able to learn world-building on their own. Currently have the game on mute and click through her dialogue in order to ignore how annoyed I get when she speaks. Art is beautiful, story ok, rewards ok.

Great game with mediocre developers. Truly is a game with lots of potential, but the endless amounts of bugs, glitches, and the recent questionable QoL changes will be the slow death of an otherwise amazing game. It is 2024, and this game is 2D. The whole point of 2D is to maximize gameplay flow with a touch of nostalgia. Yet it runs like it was made in the early 2000s. I haven't seen a game this laggy, buggy, and glitchy since Nintendo first started doing online games well over a decade ago.

I really really wanted to be able to play through this, the world and art is interesting but it gets held back by really stuttery controls. Not to mention the environments are dark and most of your enemies are too, so struggling to even see what you're fighting isn't all that great. Also really bad cutscene lag as well as an annoying fairy mascot that talks for you and adds nothing to the game other than annoyance.

Has potential, super laggy literally each battle runs at 2 fps and is totally unplayable. What's the point of dodging when you can't even anticipate an attack with the low frame rate. Screens also freezes. Should be 1 star but gave an extra star because of the beautiful art style. The story also seems to be good but I won't be continuing to play this until they fix the lags and fps during battles. This game has lots of potential please fix it devs

Was rated 1-star due to progress halting bug. Please force Player to equip Yanko and verify it before proceeding to the next room; otherwise, the player won't be able to switch to Yanko during the tutorial. Ended up having to use a different account and start over again to proceed. Aside from that mess, graphics are great, story is good (kinda reminds me of Valkyrie Profile), and controls are decent. Currently playing on Retroid Pocket 4 Pro with no issues.

So far so good. Make sure you select correct server. NA, Europe. It had Europe selected for me and that didn't work, so selecting north America worked. If this is why so many players quit, then this game just botched its own launch. Such a shame for a unique art style and gameplay, very fun game. Especially the PVP, which requires skill and good characters.

Tried to link my Steam and mobile, wouldn't connect them. Tried to delete Steam account, game deletes both. {{Update}} I reached out to their support team, and they were completely unhelpful. For some reason, an error popped up every time I tried to log in to cancel the delete, even though I only used one email and password. They kept telling me to enter my info? Was slow to respond and completely useless until my account deleted. I'm never playing again.

I am absolutely loving the game at the moment, however now that I've reached the end of the second area/ beginning of the third area every time I try and do anything(arena, story mode, ECT.)it doesn't load 100% and leaves me stuck on the loading screen. besides the loading screen issue, it's absolutely an amazing game to at least give a try.

Edit adding a star to total 4. Pulls are very stingy. They decided to include equipment in the hero pool. Plus even though it says you're guaranteed an entity I only got weapons during a pull. Upon reading the fine print "entity" includes weapons. I think a different word should be used. After playing more I still feel rewards are a little low but not as much as I initially experienced. I plan to keep playing. The game design is beautiful.

Honestly, its decent. Graphics great but the combat is a bit chunky. I do enjoy some of the story and voice acting. Pulls aren't too bad and I haven't gotten far enough to have much issues.Only issue for me is that its hard to stick onto. Maybe the game isnt my type of game. I only ever play for like 30mins- 1 hr but then the feeling of being interested just fades. I'm keeping it as a slow player burn for time to time. I'll edit if I feel like it becomes cheeks.

Astra delivers on its promise of visual appeal, but the gameplay isn't the best. The game recommends using a controller, and for good reason - the battle system is clunky and the controls are slow to respond. It's very hard not to take damage, even from basic enemies. You can let the game play itself, which helps, but it's boring, and at some point I'm sure it becomes unviable. It probably could be fun if you have a high-end device and a good setup for it. Unfortunately, I don't.

First impression so far is pretty strong. When I saw the art style and type of game this was, I knew it was right for controller. Luckily controller is supported. It was very buggy using my Gamesir X2S though. I also am annoyed I somehow missed my option to choose my server so now I have an extra character on the EU server that I want to delete. The game is fully voiced which is amazing. Hopefully future dialogue isn't cut one day like a lot of other games due to budget.

I love the game so far, but every time i get to a major cutscene, the game just closes. Forcing me to reload the game just to see the cutscene. I know it's not my device because I've played larger and more complex games with fewer issues. Edit: Now, i can't get past the loading screen, AND it's only for the Americas server, from what i can tell. For the dev team: There isn't any other way to describe it. When i log into the game and start loading into the America's server, my game just crashes.

The story is decent. Typical fantasy mideval with a goddess your trying to restore. She gives you her power blah blah blah. The graphics, sprite animations, cutscenes are actually really good! The audio is a little behind in timing so thats kind of jarring. The BIGGEST issue is the combat. It is so clunky and not very responsive. For being an ARPG this should be the most fleshed out aspect. I'm going to try this game for about another week or 2, but I don't think I'm going to continue playing.

The game is stunning from the graphics to the lore, to the immersive side-scrolling aspect. The only complaint I have is when I connect my controller, it works, but the UI interface itself keeps swapping between the controller-spec and keyboard-spec. Certain buttons would function smoothly, but others would not, especially the lagging when casting skills in battles. Playing on S22 Ultra with the game on the highest setting and no lag when playing normally.

I really want to love this game but the UI makes it so hard. Game has a pretty good story, graphics, voice actors, and bgm. What ruins all this is the terrible UI. The loading screens are everywhere and it's long. Your phone goes to sleep for a few sec and you're disconnected and need to go through login loading screen again. It's a design flaw at its core and it's unfortunate. If you can bare with all that, I'd recommend giving it a shot.

The game is really fun, great music and art style, addicting combat. A few problems though, the game does not format well to a foldable phone. I can not see as far horizontally as I should be able to. Also the game does not provide a free character for each element, leaving you at a disadvantage in multiple stages if you arent lucky enough to pull a character of each type. You also cannot see your energy without clicking on a stage, and you also cannot restore your energy from inventory.

I want to like it, they just make it hard. I was very dedicated to dragon blaze for years, but they never adapted to convenience features to help people with busy lives play their game. They've entirely shifted from the gems for cosmetics play for progression, which most likely doomed the predecessor. Very story driven, to the point that it becomes a detriment. The gameplay holds it back with long, boring stages. Early game progression is more of a job than fun. Hope it gets better.

Do not invest time and money into this game. Despite earning a lot of money, developers do not try to add anything new to the game, the only new modes ever added were auto battle modes. Additionally, they haven't stopped trying to add more stuff that pressures you to pay money to keep up with the game, the update this time added a whole new equipment that could completely replace the old one, which means all the effort farming and upgrading the old ones all came to be worthless with this update.

Love the game as it reminds me of a good old game called Dragon Crown back in the olden days, lol. Anyway, the character design and overall art style are very reminiscent of DG and are always great. Combat is fun as it's a beat-em up style game where you have 4 characters to switch between each game, making it feel less repetitive. Music is not bad and fits the game. The only problem I have is that they need a skip of some kind to do multiples of a missions because it can become time-consuming.
