Won't send me a code to reset my password not email or text like this is crazy I am trying to log into my account but keeps saying wrong password like really so I hit forgot password for a reset and it won't send a code after retrying over 10 times

This is the worst app I've ever had to use this is the worst insurance company I've ever had to use the prices are ridiculous they lied to you they don't even send the policy number I don't even know what kind of coverage I have do not get auto payment with them.

This app has been horrible since day one. Absolutely nothing loads properly. The fact that I'm not able to log in to see my policy makes me want to cancel and find another company. This is unprofessional.

Since I began with Assurance America they have been there for me time and time again there are affordable, customer service is on the spot, and very professional. This app just goes to show how professional they are easy to use.

Usually pay with the App but this month for some reason it wont let me just shows a blank white screen. I've tried to redown load it but its the same thing very irritating. Other than that its been a great insurance company

I loved this insurance company. But I paid my bill the other day on the 12 of January & they needed to hear it was ok to use my roommates credit card. Then they added him to my account. We both told them he doesn't touch my car. He has his own truck & own insurance. They told me I had to fill out something and send it back to have him taken off. I did that. I sent it like 4 times. They also added $40 extra. Now they have it pending cancellation on the 28th. So I got 2 weeks of insurance.

This app needs to be fixed... it can't remember passwords no matter how many times you put your password in.. Tried to reset my password, and then it decides to get stuck and won't let you continue!!! 😡😡😡😡 very aggravating and annoying.

Using Google to login to the app, the screen goes blank (white) shows a never ending loading screen. It's frustrating if I try to use my username and password it always say I put in the wrong username and password. So I try Google login again and it keeps going to a blank screen I'm not the only one complaining just from checking the Google play app recent reviews. Please take responsibility and help fix this login issue. If a Car Accidents happens how can I show proof?

It was absolutely impossible to make payments through this app. Do yourself a favor and just use their website. Super affordable insurance, must be why their app is trash.

used the app trying to pay on my insurance and it never pulls up my policy despite using the correct login app needs an update or need a new app that works

Super affordable but the canceled my insurance about a month or 2 back because I miss payments I didn't know I missed. It supposed to come out automatically (it didn't) and when I tried to PAY THROUGH THE APP, THE APP KEEPS FAILING

worst app ever you have to link your account it seems to forget which account is yours #1 ...#2 it will not take paypal goes to blank screen #3 debit card number stays red wont allow payment debit #3 wont allow google pay..i have fought with this p.o.s. since day one
