Both, good and bad experiences. Bad: lost parcels, and then they asked if I wanted them to resend it or the refund. I asked them to resend it and then they said "sorry, item not available anymore," but I can clearly see it is available online (????). I feel they just don't want to respect the (lower) price I paid the first time argh Frustrating.

I think the app was fine. Service was quick, the package arrived on time and the 2 pairs of Stilettos we purchased were beautiful. (Haven't tried them on yet to review, but looking forward to doing so. I would have given 5 stars. However, both pairs came in one package, on pair in a box and a 2nd pair in a plastic bag. The box was crushed and that gave me the fear of having damaged products. Not cool. Otherwise, I'll continue to shop with ASOS and recommend.

I've been ordering for many, many years and the customer service this year has been terrible. I had to email 5 times before I finally could get a real response. Had packages missing twice and both times response was limited and barely helpful. I ended up missing multiple large sales bc of issues. When I was finally given discount(a very small one) the code didn't even work. I know we are all going through very tough times but can't believe the lack of help from such a huge company like asos.

ASOS always has a great selection of good quality trendy clothes. They always keep my wardrobe fresh! I absolutely love shopping with them. They have a ton of sales on different items too. I recommend purchasing the premier delivery option. It is great because I don't have to pay for any shipping fees for a whole year. On top of that the delivery time is only 2 days. I highly recommend shopping with ASOS for your fashion needs.

For some reason the app no longer allows you to filter by size, color, body fit, or mnay other options. Not being able to sort by size just makes the app useless for me as a majority of the clothes are not available in my size. I tried refreshing and updating the app. Not sure what happened as these features were available 2 months ago and have been for years.

Great selection! I love how there is a size guide and it will automatically select it for you when browsing. Delivery dependability SUCKS! Packages kinda trickle in and they are always pushed out 2-3 weeks..so I dont recommend ordering something if you need it fast odds are you won't receive it in time... I made my first return (will be placing in the mail this weekend) I just hope my refund doesn't take as long as their shipping.

I've been a fan of ASOS since back inna day when they spelled it out (As Seen On Screen) They have a great selection of merch that'll make you stand out from the crowd at incredibly budget friendly prices. The app is also wonderful. It's clean, easy to navigate and I must say that the video feature puts it above the rest. The app also has a night mode which makes the background black and will most likely save ya some battery.

ASOS has a plethora of great clothing items and accessories for many different styles and aesthetics. Everything that I've received has been very high quality and comfortable. The app works well and has a very clean and simple UI. I only wish they'd restock certain items more often, but I understand why they don't (as having a limited stock encourages consumers to purchase items as early as possible). Regardless, I'd highly recommend buying from ASOS.

i've been on the hunt for a new website to shop that wasn't UO, and i come across ASOS. i've heard about it a couple times so i finally decided to explore. i was welcomed into a very modern hipster internet platform and it was very easy to find what i was looking for with the filter adjustments and size fit assistant installed. you are also able to save items that you want to buy later with ease, the little heart button at the corner of each item is very convenient.. and addicting to press. (-:

Pretty frustrating customer service. The selection and price is great but if there is something wrong with your order the only option is to use chat apps where every single reply is from a different person. I've only had 3 problems out of 10-12 orders but all were their mistakes and none of them were resolved well. I've worked customer service in stores and e-commerce and none of the companies I worked for ever gave such lame responses when they messed up or did so little to make it right.

I love how easy the app is to use. Two things I really appreciate, as someone who shops online a lot, especially because I find more tall options online than in physical stores, is that ASOS has videos of the models, which show the clothes in motion, and the heights of the models and the size they are wearing. It gives an idea of how the item might fit you, depending on your height and size. It may not be accurate, but like I said, it gives some kind of idea. I find it very useful.

It's a great app and I really like it, but I do have two problems with it, the size fit tool and that there's no category for plus size clothing. The size fit tool can be very useful but I feel it would be a lot more accurate if you could put your actual measurements in before it tries suggesting sizes that match your preferences. And as for the no plus size category, it would make searching for clothes a lot easier instead of just having to type "plus size" or "curve" in the search.

I love ASOS! App is very easy to navigate. It's smooth, and I haven't had a glitch yet! If there is an issue, customer service reps are amazing. One policy I dislike: if they send you the wrong item, they won't send you the right one until they receive the wrong item. By then, the item you need is usually out of stock. They should immediately replace your item, and change you if you don't return. That's my only gripe. Otherwise, this is a place where you can find ANYTHING in ALL COLORS of the🌈.

I love the variety that the store has to offer. More importantly, I appreciate how easy the app is to use and the addition of the sizing assistance. As someone who is tall and curvy, it can be a daunting task to make sure that you are ordering the right size since different brands all run differently. This feature eliminates that problem. Overall, using the app makes shopping at Asos that much more enjoyable.

I like the wide range of clothes made available. And the UX is pretty neat and consistent across all devices. It would be nice if language options aren't tid to a specific location. Eg in Netherlands, I would like the option to switch between Dutch or English language. Not everyone in a particular location are locals, or have a good understanding of the local language. The second feedback would be pairing sets together. It's quite a hassle buying one half of a set, then searhing for the other.

great app. Love the videos of the clothing. But they have recently gotten a little "artsy". The purpose of the video is to see the clothes on a body, how they fit, how they move, etc. Please stop treating these videos as if they are music videos. Please show the entire outfit with a steady shot walking back and forth. If you don't do this it really defeats the point of having this great feature

Love the store; hate the app. Items only stay in your cart for a few minutes, so I was always re-adding things over and over again. (I was trying to shop for 3 people.) It's tricky to find certain sizes because sections are divided oddly (good luck finding things quickly if you're shopping for average sizes and plus sizes in the same session), and 8/10 times the app crashes right at checkout. Long story short : I switched to Express, Torrid, & ON/Gap.

ASOS is GREAT. I really like that they have many different brands of clothing, sneakers, accessories, etc. With lots of different styles, from many countries. I also enjoy that they take Afterpay (if you're trying to budget). They have great deals/discounts constantly. Which is really amazing. And as if that wasn't enough, they have so many different sizes too (from super small to very large (XXS-XXL!)!! & of course reviews & so many features. I LOVE shopping here. Would highly recommend it.

I love this site and I have had great experiences with everything I have purchased. My only suggesrion for improvement is the sizes and height of the models aren't listed and I think that's important in deciding how something fits as a customer. Also, I wish the descriptions of the garments were better. They have the most basic least informative written description possible. When I'm looking at a mesh piece I wanna be able to read that it has an inner lining so I know it isn't see through.

Great clothes, so many options and so very diverse. I shop for modesty, and ASOS always has something for me. The only thing I would say is that the sizing on their app is very inconsistent, like sometimes a size L is a US 10, but other times, it's a US 18. Like pick one fr. BUT when you do figure it out, their clothes are very high quality and absolutely stunning!!
