Had an issue with my lifetime sub stopping, disappointed to see that I wasn't the first. Emailed tech support with payment date details from Google page and waited for the previously forwarned instructions. When they turned up I first checked my status and to my surprise it was all going well. Something must have been done backroom, great! Works well (again)

I was paying monthly for this app. I was then booted off of it as "my subscription has run out," but it had taken my payment. So I paid £36.99 for a lifetime subscription. After a couple of weeks, it booted me off that, too. I have emailed the company and just got an automated response. I have not changed devices. Your app is flawed. I will give 5 stars once my subscription is back on.

Tl,DR Can't recommend buying rn. Problems with purchase acknowledgement. //Edit May 31, 2024. It's really starting to trigger me. I have purchased the full version, and regularly I get reminded to purchase advanced features (which I already have). Then I need either to update or force stop it. And maybe, my purchase gets acknowledged after 10 minutes of trying. I can't recommend a purchase at this moment.// It's not bad so far, but missing basic features like language input and output.

It's a great app. The only annoying thing is that there is always something wrong in the picture i.e the face or eyes look like they're melting, the hands and bare feet look like they have more than five fingers/toes, the animals have more than four legs or only part of a leg is there the rest is not. I've even had trouble with people's legs. Some have had three legs in very awkward places. No matter how I describe the scene something is wrong. Very rarely do I get a scene that is perfect

I don't think I even downloaded it. Google popped it up to install. Sounded interesting so I installed it. After reading each screen and getting excited, got to the end and it asked for $39.99 lifetime, or $4.99 a week, or trial and then $4.99 a week taken right out after trial. I WISH APPS WOULD PLAINLY TELL YOU BEFORE YOU WASTE TIME INSTALLING THEM! Anyways it got un-installed right away, which was faster then the time it took to set it up. Some may like it but I am not paying $5 a week.

I've found the responses provided are not reliable at all. You have to research every response further to make sure that it's accurate. Also I paid for a lifetime subscription and the app is now trying to get me to pay again. I continue to email Support and I keep getting the same AI-generated response with the same instructions to click "restore purchase" in the app (which does not work). I consider this app to be a scam at this point. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

I love using this app but it has pissed me off for the last time. Every once in a while it sends me a message that says that my three free questions are done and I need to upgrade. I have paid for the lifetime membership twice now! Wow! That's really a great lifetime membership. There is no way to reach them! Zero customer service. I'm going to look elsewhere for my artificial intelligence answers from now on! Get ready to pay several times for your " Lifetime" membership.

The worse company I've ever met. First, I had it's phone version, it didn't allow me to give more than 3 question, later everytime when I entered in the app, even for 1 questionn it didn't reply me. Today I opened its web version, and wanted to update to pro version, as I thought that pro version will work correctly. So, I even can't write any message to AI, it just doesn't work, grey screen with some buttoms, that are not clickable․ People, don't fall into the trap

I loved this app so much until I paid for the lifetime subscription then I had to purchase a new phone, and you can not transfer the subscription. I had to pay another lifetime membership fee. It DID NOT transfer which all my other apps did. I reached out to support however, I was ignored. They should tell us the app won't store on our account sonly in your device, then when you switch devices your S.O.L, app is great, customer service the worst!

This app is disgusting. I purchased a lifetime premium, and it never works. When I open the app, it just prompts me to the purchase screen again. I have to restart the app like 20 times for me to be able to use my premium. I've contacted support, and I always just get an automated response, and nothing is changed. It's an absolute scam, and their team doesn't care at all that they are just taking people's money and not letting them use their subscription.

I really liked this app until all of a sudden today without any apparent reason the app is trying to make me pay for services that I paid for in August of last year (2023). I overlooked the app's redundant answers, the glitching that sometimes throw you out of the program when a picture is taken instead of writing a message, and though frustrating I delt with the talk to text option being disabled after being used more than once in a setting. But this is not tolerable.

Great Advertising but Poor Performance -- although the advertising for this app promises much more than it actually delivers, it works pretty well on my cell phone but it doesn't work at all on my laptop. And you have to repurchase the app each time for each device; your purchase of this app does not transfer to multiple devices. They promise a lot; they deliver much less.

This app is amazing and has helped me so much. But, I paid for the lifetime and purchased a new phone, and you can not transfer the subscription. I had to pay another lifetime membership fee. It has an option to transfer, but do not think that it works because it doesn't. I reached out to support and got one reply and then was ignored. Basically you have only have access to the app you bought until you switch phones. Other than paying an extreme amount, the app works great

UPDATE!!!!!!! They fixed the Lifetime Subscription Problem. It was asking me to repay a few days ago, though now it is back up and working. Please update the Ask AI app. I tried updating a few days ago, and it didn't work, but now it's working. Great app. I'm glad it's up and working again. I honestly thought they were scamming at first, but they are not. They made it right and restored service.

CAUTION before buying this app. I purchased a lifetime subscription and it has been turned off and no longer works. After an update they require me to pay for another 'lifetime' subscription! I have been trying to contact someone to assist but I guess, being an AI company, there is no one to speak to. Every email for support results in a canned response. 2-weeks have now passed and no one in this company care about their customers. Still unable to contact a person.

Seems like a good AI app but almost everything is locked behind a pay wall. I would understand if there were occasional ads for a free version, but that's not even an option. You automatically have to subscribe to use any of different tools. (For the different features from the ads online.)

After several weeks of consistent use, I've come up with one principal issue in particular! One of them is the fact that there still isn't unlimited messaging for the GPT-4 feature in stark contrast to some of the lesser-known AI apps in the Play Store all while limiting the amount of daily messages that you can send to just seven. To be honest, my rating would be five stars if that problem was fixed.

Amazing app! It's helped me with my creative pursuits (from AI art to advice on my miniatures, to the right wording/ grammar in my writing). It's even helped me when I've been lonely or needed personal life advice (I'm not getting all my support from an AI but at 2 a.m. when you don't wanna wake someone kinda thing). Sometimes you don't wanna look up and read all this information when you're trying to learn about something and this, if you prompt it for links, cuts that research time way down!

I almost gave it 1️⃣ ⭐! I've been trying to figure out the issue with the app all day long. When my VPN by Google One is turned on the app does not work. It keeps asking to purchase a subscription when in fact I purchased a lifetime subscription. I've been reading other people's reviews, and they seem to have similar problems, I wonder if those users also have VPN switched on. I hope this review might help someone.

Lifetime sub just cut out for no apparent reason a few days ago and I can't restore my lifetime purchase. On the same device I always use. I enjoyed the app, but was wary of the ratings it's getting, and was hopeful, as everything seemed to work okay. Then this. One star until there's a fix I don't have to pay again for. Unfortunately, looking like a "take the money and run" setup.
