I was by loyal to this game from the start, I bought all of the expansions, I played it regularly and then I get a new phone and the latest expansion (which I bought months ago and played hundreds of times) won't work now. I stuck with the game even after they had some sort of merger and now I have to sign in twice. Without all the expansions you can't play most online games, I'm not paying them twice for it and they're customer service sucks, good game otherwise if played physically.

This is a great deck building game -- easy to learn, with good amount of depth. It has run well for me on a variety of devices. Feedback: * Players should receive a notification when a player joins your game. * There should be a notification when a game starts. * Players should be able to see which player went first without having to exit to the lobby. * The multiplayer lobby is cluttered with too many abandoned games. Open games in the multiplayer lobby should be removed after a length of time proportional to the game length selected. (For example, a 10 minute game should automatically be removed from the lobby if it hasn't started within 5 minutes of having been listed, whereas a 7 day game might stay up for a few days.) * There should be stat tracking for games vs. the AI. * Forfeiting a game should send you to the variation of the normal end game screen, instead of ejecting you straight to the lobby (including retaining the option to offer/accept a rematch). * Players should be able to chat from the end of game screen (with the same chat log from the last game played, and ideally all past games in a string of rematches).

In 2015 I states that it was just like the board game. In 2020 I can say that it looks like the game was redone. However, my account did not transfer and the decks and promo cards that I had purchased are gone. I can even figure out how to purchase new expansions I am going into the App store and everything is locked up. Very disappointed with this revision. After 45 minutes I was able to find how to link the game into your google play account. Once done all my expansions and promos were back.

It's a fantastic, addicting game. Had a big glitch recently where I lost half my expansions, but they fixed it in a couple days. I think the object oriented nature of the cards (where they physically move to the end of the stack) can bog down the game at times, but otherwise, I'm having a great experience with it.

Love the physical card games, love this iteration as well. Best with friends but there are options for people to play with an ai or strangers. Expansions are reasonably priced, but I wish there were more bundles with discounts for buying multiple expansions. Recently changed publishers and in the short time, they've given reason, with support and communication, that this app will be even better in time.

Insanely fun deck building game that can be about random fun + combos or a more strategic fun and decisions, depending on which expansions you choose for the round. Getting some expansions is required to get the most out of the game (they are drastically reduced in price and in bundles for the most part, though!). The support team was super helpful and quick in resolving an issue when contacted as well!

Much more stable than it used to be. Needs UX improvements but at least it's reliable now. Need to be able to a. skip watching others' turns or at least speed it up a ton b. See your op's timer c. Not be time-penalized while you're stuck watching other players' turns, d. Crashes all the time when things randomly move around in the lobby and when first joining a game e. Lots more.

Amazing game, stunning artwork, but it isn't 5 stars because I cannot filter my search criteria by expansions that I have. I do not like searching for games and having to wade through a bunch that I cannot join. If I was able to have just the games I could get into, then I will come and change it to 5 stars. Keep up the rest of the great work!

Loved and played the game a while ago, but after re-installing the game (offline mode) stops after my first action each turn. The card stops mid animation and I can't play cards, but I can inspect everything regularly. I can leave and go back into it for the game to make it resume, but I have to do it for EVERY action I take. I've tried the troubleshooting on my end and am lost

I really love this game. However. It keeps crashing. I will be in the middle of a game and it will crash. And after it does there is no point reloading that match cus it will just crash again. And the later turns sometimes can be painfully slow for the bots. Who will take a very long time to just play a few cards.

Absolutely love this game but there's some sort of bug for my Pixel 2. Even when my phone is on silent, Do Not Disturb, and volume is all the way down I still get notifications and the sounds that accompany them. Obviously this can be pretty embarrassing if I'm in a meeting or the theater. If this can get fixed then I'll change my review to the well deserved 5 stars.

I originally gave this app 3 stars, but then google erased my review for some reason. In between that time I have noticed that when playing the AI with the dreamscape expansion the AI will take cards for 1 less rune than it should be. For example, it will take a 6 rune card when it only has 5 runes available. It will do this every turn, even though it hasnt played a card which reduces costs of cards. Plain and simple, the AI cheats and there is nothing you can do about it. I love this game, especially the physical version, but this cheating by the AI makes it hard to play, especially when it cheats to take the best cards available when it really shouldn't.

Game is awesome, but it's unbelievably clunky on mobile, especially when using the newer android features. I constantly swipe out of the game when trying to play cards or use constructs. Also for some reason, even though I own all the expansions on PC they Deliverance isn't available to me on mobile. There seems to be an issue with the game starting as well, it only starts half the time.

Love the game, but wish it'd say when you need to update to keep playing. Feels like this game was designed for my Nexus 6. Deck building games make so much sense on this platform; no time shuffling. Good gameplay, intuitive controls, and unlike almost every free game I've downloaded, it doesn't pester me to write a review nonstop after the second round of play. This review is totally voluntary! Will def. buy some expansions when I tire of base set.

A fun game that I've been playing for years. I bought each IAP as it came out, and enjoyed it. About 2 months ago, some update killed Asmodee apps' (or at least both Ascension's and Twilight Struggle's) ability to work with Play accounts, and achievements can no longer be synced. Probably not a big deal to most folks, but that was one of the most fun aspects to me, collecting those achievements. (All my non-Asmodee games still login and sync fine. Month later, no reply from Asmodee support.)

I'm a long time daily player of this app (over 8 years), but the app has gone downhill recently. Many of the cards don't work properly, and now I'm locked out until I perform an update that doesn't exist, so I'm going to end up forfeiting a bunch of games (again). The app has become a sucky implementation of a great game. Stay away until things are fixed.

No notifications at all for this app (Android)? Attempting to play with friends online but never know when it is my turn since notifications do not work. I also cannot get the app to load on the first try. So far, I load the app and it hangs on the title screen until I shut it down and restart it again which should then will proceed forward. These two things alone are annoying enough for a new player like me.

Losing three stars for Android notifications breaking yet again, and no sign of a fix in sight. Also, most times it won't get past the splash screen on the first open and I have to close and reopen it at least once. 7/2024 - Restoring one star as the issues on opening appear to have been resolved, but Android notifications are still broken, and they haven't released the last two physical sets.

I loved this game from the very first time it came out through many of his expansions up until they even stopped printing physical copies. However the game has become tedious as of lately waiting for the computer to count cards every single turn just to watch it play a mystic once every 5-15 seconds instead of speeding through its turn like an AI should. I appreciate that they've continued expanding digitally. So I'll continue to play it for the new content but it's not the top of my list.

Pretty good I guess. Not as ergonomic as I would like. I think a moveable, quick access button for the cultist, heavy, and mystic would be a nice QoL improvement so that we wouldnt have to reach for the corner. My biggest issue is that I really wish we could set the honor pool as high as we want in offline mode. This game is great, but it suffers from ending too quickly before your plays ever feel satisfying.
