After making a deposit of 1600 usd and bought some token, they have a technical issue that I cant received the sms for verification so I couldn't connect for almost two years, now it solved it automatically and my balance shown 0, they took all coins I bought, when i asked why, they replied it s a dormant account, we take 10 usd every month, no refund, we can't help, simply like that, all the coins r gone, even it was not my mistake, what an app and what a customer service

This app is a pure scam They always list different kinds of crypto coins and after few days or weeks, they delist the market without any warning and when you tried to withdraw, they make sure that the minimum withdrawal limit of that crypto is never met thereby leaving your coins/crypto invalid. Then after some weeks, the coins/crypto will vanish without a trace from your account. This happened to me twice Pure thieves and scamming app. STAY AWAY!!!

I'm not getting my mobile verification sent out as a text message. I have even deleted the app and re-downloaded again. I was also told to update the app but when I press the update button within the app, it didn't do anything. When I reached out to email support on their website, the reply back was in Chinese which I could not understand. Not sure if my support ticket has even been received successfully. I have reached out to their Twitter also with no successful reply. Very concerning.

I don't know why people are saying getting KYC is failing or difficult. It worked seamlessly for me. The best part about ascendex is the staking and activating compound mode and the passive Satoshi "mining" and earning while being active on the app. Navigation through the app can be confusing at first, which put me off at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's easy peasy. BTW I KYC'd from Germany.

1 felt discriminated against when I couldn't find Nigeria as one of the countries that can use their drivers license for verification. Especially when only a few African countries could do so.why? The scanner is not very sharp, too many rejected scans of otherwise clear documents. People should be able to upload their valid means of identification, without depending on the scanner, because it could malfunction. Verification time is too long 72 hours! The app is great though and easy to use.

Bad experience with KYC verification. It takes 5 minutes to get verified on other platforms and always fails in this app. Very buggy application. Rewards on coins are not retrieved. Support doesn't solve issues. It takes months and no solution received. Withdrawal fees are huge. Try other exchanges, DON'T USE THIS APP.

Scam application. I bought Shib5L on it, and wiped all my money once, secondly their charges are not friendly at all, if you don't want to lose your money you know what to do 👌👂👂👂 Also full of fake projects

Started having problems when I tried transferring a coin to an external wallet. When I pressed send code for phone verification, Ascendex said it was sent , but no code arrived. I repeated the action and asked to re-send verification code, Ascendex said code was sent, yet nothing arrived. So I uninstalled and re-installed Ascendex app, and when it was re-installed there was nothing in my wallet anymore. I notified support and they have not made return call.

Log in problemb and KYC veryfication problemb in this app. I want to say to AscentEx that INDIA is a big market for crypto. So don't leave the market. complete FIU registration prosess as per INDIA government

Zero stars. Lost phone number and can't login. No response from support for several weeks. I consider it as bad as stolen funds. It's a SCAM! can't login using email either. No response from support.

Don't ever try using ASCENDEX app. They are cheaters,SCAMMERS. I do have all my login details but can't access my coins. I consulted support but me to send screenshot of the problem although the app doesn't allow me to go through. RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP. They don't deserve even a single star.
